Cataloochee Ski Resort in Maggie Valley, NC.

This video is to show people what Cataloochee ski resort looks like in Maggie Valley, NC.
I am not the best snowboarder in the world, but I can hold my own. This is the first time in about 7 years I had my feet strapped into my board...cut me some slack.
The mountain is rather small, but it's definitely fun for the average skier or snowboarder. I paid $42 for a weekday, 4 hour pass.
Conditions were pretty decent having had some natural snow fall 2 days ago. They were also actively blowing snow on some trails and I only hit a few bad patches of ice.
It was on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. The crowds were light to moderate. Lift waits were only about 1-2 minutes.
I made this video, because probably like you, I was looking for info on Cataloochee before I went. Thanks for watching
