Hey Paul. I have said this in a few comments tonight but I will always have a fondness towards this movie. It hasn't aged as well as I'd like but it's still a fun watch. Thank you so much for checking it out my friend
Thanks Keith for bringing back memories of the mid 90s and making me recall the hype surrounding this movie at the time. The cast announcement really had everyone excited and Seal and U2s theme songs ramped it up even more. Ultimately it didn't live up to the hype critically but i didn't care,it was a great time to be alive. Love your videos and btw dont ever change your intro music 😂

I will always have a fondness towards this movie because I remember how I felt when it got announced and even when I seen the movie for the first time. As you said it didn't live up to the hype but I still really enjoyed it. It has a wonderful soundtrack and I forgot to mention it in the video but I actually still have the original vinyl. Thank you so much for stopping by my friend and for the incredibly kind words. That intro will be there for as long as I can have it. Hopefully forever

The poster art would have been perfect for the Steelbook. It's a shame because the rest of the release is quite beautiful. Thanks for checking it out Nathan
Hey Keith. Great review of a nice looking set. Im always a fan of art cards in a set when done well. Just a pity about the film. I just cant get away with it. Always remember hating the new Batmobile design. Looks like a shonky hotwheels car. Lol. Clearly made to sell toys. I remember the tail fins wobbling or was that in Batman and Robin? The two blur together for me 😂
Hey Chris. The Batmobile will never live up to the original Tim Burton movies. Not even the Christopher Noland movies come close. I always had a fondness towards this movie mainly because of the cast but it was the beginning of the end and Batman and Robin was the final nail in the coffin. I had to pick up that movie just to complete the collection but I do not like it. Thank you so much for taking the time to check out the video my friend
Its aca really nice set, especially the steelbook. Think the only thing you could critique is the 100 year logo on the jcard, must be a new thing with Warner Bros. Great unboxing mate.
Yeah I wasn't too thrilled about seeing that 100 year logo on the J card and it's on everything Warner Brothers bring out now. Something's telling me we are going to be seeing this all year.
@@millerman9991 hopefully next year isn't 101 printed on the jcards. 😆
Thank you Keith.
No problem Cheekster
Hi Keith as you say not the best looking steel book but it’s the film that’s counts
Yeah it's a very underwhelming Steelbook but as you said it's the movie that counts and thankfully the rest of the edition looks quite decent. Thanks for checking it out Mike
Just pre order zavvi the wicker man 4k special edition 50th anniversary with 60 pages book art cards 😊
To be honest I have the imprint release of that movie and I don't think I want to Own It Again
Great video and great boxset pitty the Steelbook look bad I like this film
Hey Danny. Yeah the Steelbook is a bit lacking in this release. Unfortunately they can't all be winners. Thank you for checking it out my friend
I have the standard release of this on 4k, i was very underwhelmed with this lazy looking Steelbook and overall package
Yeah I was a bit disappointed with the Steelbook myself but as I said in the video I will never allow a Steelbook to define an edition. Thankfully the rest of the set is quite beautiful
@@millerman9991 I didn't think was great value for money 💰💰 I have other priorities lol 🤣
The good news is I was able to get by one get one free. I still think I would have paid full wack for them. They really look great on your shelf
The 4th film is awful tho
I couldn't agree more with you. As a matter of fact I only bought it to complete the collection
