@@lukamagicgodsoooo he scored 40 three times for Duke. Something guys like Kyrie Irving and Jason Tatum never achieved once. So idk you’re probably wrong
Pure as pure can be. Every kid should watch this guy shoot. The only thing he's lacking in the NBA is some confidence, which he has more than enough of in this video.
Announcer said Redick should be a top 5 or 6 pick. He was picked 11th by the Magic. If you look at 06 draft and the careers of the NBA players from the draft... the top 8 players were: Rajon Rondo (21) LaMarcus Aldridge (2) behind Bargnani lol Brandon Roy (6) Rudy Gay (8) JJ (11) Kyle Lowry (24) PJ Tucker (35) Paul Milsap (47) Based off the careers these guys had... I think it should probably go... well first... some thoughts: - could kyle lowry have hung with the 08 Celtics and been the PG of that team? Been PG of team that went to three straight Finals? I'm not sure. Rondo wasn't just a player on that team. By 09 it was a BIG 4. - PJ Tucker, Rudy Gay & Lowry still playing. - B Roy could've been the best but injuries cut career short and since team didn't win any thing; didn't do enough in that short time to be considered 1. - JJ was a SHOOTER. Couldn't get off bench early in career because couldn't play defense. But he really worked at it. He became a solid NBA defender. Wasn't gonna make an ALL NBA Defensive team but when talked about JJ you could say elite shooter and solid defender. - Rudy Gay & Aldridge just volume points guys. - Milsap had a solid career. I think it would probably go... depending on who you like better as a PG but Rondo has 2 titles and went to 4 so: 1 Rondo 2 Lowry 3 PJ Tucker... longevity and defense 4 I'm going Redick here... solid NBA player avg like 14 a game after got a chance to play some minutes and developed on defensive end. 5 Rudy Gay over Aldridge since both just volume scorers that never won anything, Gay still playing. 6 Aldridge 7 Milsap 8 Brandon Roy probably the most talented but played the least amount. Had a couple phenomenal years but just too short.
The reason the refs missed calling that first shot a 3 is because he was AUTOMATIC from 3 point range. It was a knee jerk reaction from a great shooter.
Ethan Landis, are you sure about tht? Bro, Jimmer Fredette was a Better Scorer than Doug Mac and he jus left BYU 2 yrs ago! Kemba Walker was averaging almost the same as Jimmer tht same Season! (Jimmer averaged approx 28 ppg). Make sure you do your "Homework" bf posting False Information! Oh and by the way, Your Welcome!
Probably in the top 5 best college ballers of all time. He was a god. Would NEVER miss
wasn't Jimmer as god of a shooter?
@@kwamea.n1723 not even close
Not top 5 all time bro

That's my boy!!! Goosebumps :) He was a pleasure to watch.
this boy went 13/13 from the three pointline my god
Uh what. Did you watch the video? Not hating but uhh what were you watching
Highschool line
Stop trolling lol
Redick just owned in the Magic Celtics game tonight
best shooter of all time
Curry is now
“Hold my beer”
-Steph Curry.
Since him, I'd like to see a contest between Reddick, Curry, Trae, KD, McDermott, Lonzo, Hield and Fredette with their college versions
Wasn't even the best shooter while he was in college. Salim Stoudemire and Steve Novak were both better shooters during that time.

Curry is overrated
nothing prettier than the sound of a swish
Through those old circa 2004 rims
The best pure shooter ever
here for klay
I think I watched every one of the videos today!!
Old school bball better than todays players no heart n soul
lol he's currently in the league

Redick cardio was on point. He was running full speed baseline to baseline to come off those curls.
And he's a boy from Virginia! Great player to watch with The Landlord.
I hated him and Duke but his jumper was pure!
I love the other TH-cam videos where JJ scores 40+ (Texas & Georgetown) but this one being at Cameron Indoor takes the cake
You can relate the beginning of this game to yesterday's against fsu
I like how mike Patrick called it b4 it went in redick from the top of the key put it in the book greatest shooter of all-time
0:24 should be on the "shortest 3 pters of all time" comp on yt
crazy hearing anchorage, ak

When it's 1 and 1 with Redick at the line, why do they even bother trying to rebound it?
I was at this game.
Why is it a highschool three point line?
@neverbackdown1983 Very true.
Man I suck at shooting. How the hell did he do it?
Don't see why he didn't break his career High with over 3 mins left
College bball scorers aren't the same anymore...outside of Doug McDermott noone is lighting it up like this consistently anymore...
actually, by definition, its "technically" 40 points. its "actually" 39.
I think they corrected that during the first timeout IIRC
unless you count seth curry last year
Scared money red
