By going directly to the program setting, load the reagent which you want to add with the help of the reagent manual fill the basic details select the stage number where you have placed the reagent then save it after that allow the instrument to scan the barcode automatically, if the code didn't scan then you can feed by manual method.
Contamination means you are not able to seperate the quality part of serum from the clotted blood and it have many reasons. So calcium and phosphorus contamination leads to bad quality of results.
