We can't say the fix price of the instrument as it varies due to state to state and also include transportation cost and for same if you have a good amount of sample load then the cost for per sample will automatically reduced.

By going directly to the program setting, load the reagent which you want to add with the help of the reagent manual fill the basic details select the stage number where you have placed the reagent then save it after that allow the instrument to scan the barcode automatically, if the code didn't scan then you can feed by manual method.
