One may feel this way in different phases between initiatons. And to the human psychology, to dedicate itself for prolonged periods of time to certain practices,seems difficult since it expects quick results and struggles to see the meaning in repetitive exercises. Though, if we manage to get past that human psychology the higher realms begin opening up. I have several times felt it to be difficult to continue and yet breakthrough came with insistence.

My Ego is very good at making a case that It is the specialist of the physical realm...Spirit is too far removed to truly understand the ongoing here.
