      Solitude is immensly important for your own process. What I am adressing in the video cocerns the idea of forming a monastic community. There the standards of conduct need to be higher than society life and non-avoidance is not an option. It is not your job to awaken others, when they do not have a willigness to receive. You can protect your "soul incubation bubble" from intrusion. My job is different, it is shape the future teachers. Therefore, I cannot be nice, because I need to protect the Dharma from corruption. When you are in your own process, you might actually want to reduce social interactions to experience God communion. But for those who are already "employed" by the Holy Spirit, we often need to be fierce.

    I love the truth of this teaching...thank you! I guess this comes down to discernment as well. How do I know if when I criticize myself, the critical voice is that of the deluded wounded ego, or if it is the authentic self trying to make a correction? There is so much out there about healing the inner child and trauma created by unconscious caregivers. But I suppose, that which feels wounded is the ego and it's not about healing the wounded ego, but about releasing the belief the ego is wounded or traumatized? In my experience, I've moved back and forth between spiritual healing and physical healing because it seems as though the physical self...the ego is so loud and demanding, that it needs some level of healing...of soothing in order to find enough silence to hear or connect to the true self. Does that make sense? Or am I just deluding myself? 🤣😆🙏 I just found your channel, and I deeply appreciate your teachings!

      The ego is the symptom of soul energy being blocked. If you understand that the ego is a reverse compass that resents the soul, then you will realize that whatever the ego despises, that is the karma yoga(spiritual action) to be done to bring more of the soul into the human vessel. The soul is to replace the ego as master over the body. Your ego may go on endless healing journeys but to know that it is indeed a placeholder will help you make great leaps of faith. The ego in the end must fade. If you give it too much importance it will drag you from one healer to another, doing one ineffective spiritual exercise after another. It will always support spiritual activity that does not threaten. But when it gets intimidated, angry, frustrated, then real learning is taking place. The point is to seek annihiliation through meditation and surrender to God. This is where you go back and forth. The ego is asking you for mercy on the path. But it is not real and it tries to keep the soul in the basement. You cannot serve two masters and need to choose, otherwise the push and pull will continue.

    I love this! It explains what I haven't been able to put into words to my family. They always have told me to be nice and keep the peace with others when I tell them people need to be what would say "told about themselves," but really I meant their egos needed to be shaken, their ways questioned. Ironic thing is, my husband who often tells me to "hold the peace because it's none of my business," is extremely avoidant in his own egoic constructs from childhood traumas and we have problems in our relationship because of the constant avoidance. I really do care we become our authentic selves, and this is why I look inward and question myself when others have something to say to me.

      Dear Rebecca, as with everything, wisdom is situational. There are moments when intervening with others lives would be intrusion. And it may not be wise to get into the business of unconscious individuals who do not seek awakening at this time, they may have a violent response. But there are situations that cannot, nor should be avoided, where taking a stance is of great importance. To distinguish between these situation is a matter of experience and surrender to God. I spoke in there video more from the perspective of a teacher. If someone is not my student, why confront them? But if they are in my care and they are doing harm to themselves and others, then I cannot avoid taking action.

    Well now we get into what you’ve referred to as ‘stimulation’. If you see the truth, then what a gift. But now you see all the lies someone as a soul has limited themselves (the prison). If you speak your truth unfiltered, then they tell you off and they righteously hold onto their illusion. If they can’t have what you’re offering, why bother unless you’re able to use your love and creativity to present it in a way they can. Life is a dance made of both love and truth. Only truth and the dance becomes so exacting most will pass as ur partner. Only love and it may not pass as dancing. You always didn’t see the truth. You’ve gone through your evolution that has had both love and truth play their part. If you don’t see the softness or white lies love has played at times then perhaps the mother wound is still lingering. Blocks against the feminine aspect of consciousness compromise the holding power of one’s words. As Peter Crone said, “The ego doesn’t want to be fixed, it just wants to be held.” You’ve got the sight. If egos were frogs and the truth was the heat, you could be lovingly boiling frogs all day long. Appreciate you.

    • @julianpolzin
      @julianpolzin 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I deleted my previous answer to your comment, since I missed some of the nuances you pointed out. I became aware of this after rereading. The feminine and the masculine need to achieve balance. The masculine goes form A to B, the feminine achieves this in a wave pattern. Both methods, soft and indirect, and direct and hard, have their moments to be applied. With lay people it is fine to use softer methods. But once responsibility is taken by a practitioner, e.g. counseling other people, becoming a monk in a monastery, taking care of certain duties, their behavior now begins affecting others more directly. They are not anymore on "self finding" quest, which only involves themselves, now they are there to be of service to others. And if they are not fit to perform this job, no amount of "holding the ego" will do it. I have had experiences with those who were supposed to take on responsibility, who were expressing a lot of selfish behavior when I used soft methods. The soft methods backfired intensly, because every ego fell into self-centeredness without being supervised, since I chose to trust instead of enforcing rules. It became very apparent that a stricter approach was necessary. If someone does not want their frog to be boiled, that is fine. They do not have to learn from me. If the way of fire is not for them, they can seek the way of water. Thank you for your deep comment, I appreciate it! 'My wife just said: Some people like spicy food, some don't. Some look for it, some can't handle it. There is nothing wrong about spicy food, there is also nothing wrong about not eating spicy food.' God loves in a masculine way for those who need it, God loves in a feminine way for those who need it. The way I offer is for those who seek God, not for those who still seek the world. The attachment to the world must be sacrificed to achieve this. And wanting to be held is of the world.

    • @julianpolzin
      @julianpolzin 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@catteridge ACIM is powerful teaching. My experience is somewhat different with regards to the concept of time. The point of "no time" is Shunya, emptiness, ground zero of existence or Buddha nature. This is the ultimate or absolute. But then, when we observe the movement of energy from that stillness/emptiness, we can observe experiences that have time and are subjective and relative. From the higher mind's view point all time is at the same time. That means, if a yogi touches the higher mind in meditation, they can experience past lives as if they are happening now. Therefore there is no linearity but a multidimensional mind that experiences parallel lives. These parallel lives may be experienced in the cronology of the "current individual" but it is a simultaneous happening. It is a stepping the information down so the individual can make sense of it. Ironically, manifestation takes time. That means, before a mental concept, cuppled with an image and emotion becomes physically manifest, there is a time delay. This time delay is shortening however because of the energies of the Aquarian age.

    Greetings Julian. I appreciate the scope of your analysis and wholistic inquiry on this subject. I share your perspective on several points made. I was quite surprized when the D-lama publicly endorsed the beetlejuice from a certain autocratic institution. After years of suffering of the Tibetan people under brutal dictatorship leaves me in a questioning mode of his basic sanity. I posit that the humanity is at a crossroads of chosing to go completely into another species Homo Roboticus(Hive Mind) or the ascension path to Homo Luminous. The time is short for decisive action. Greg Braden and David Icke have been good sources for informed views for anyone wanting to investigate further. In the end one must apply discrimination to gain insight into this.

      As with all great civilizations, they often have been invaded after corrupting their core spiritual values. The Tibetans got invaded because of a lot of violations of their own traditions which made them in many areas morally corrupt. E. g. the priestcast getting greedy and collecting money in the name of deities, while taking advantage of the peasantry. Certain spiritual and political practices happened internally that were not in alignment with divine law. The same happened with the Incas and the Conquistadors. The Inca priests got obsessed with sex and gold, which is a manifestation of greed. They abused their spiritual gifts which attracted the Spanish into their reality as a karmic mirror. Athens fell into delcline and moral corruption, which got them invaded by Sparta and it climaxed in the execution of Socrates. All of this is connected.

    I am a direct descendent of the atlanteans. Its why I've been so interested in technology and AI. And I completely understand your worries. It's the very thing that me and others are fighting against. We don't want our experiences being controlled by others. That why we work to free these technologies so they can't be used as forms of control.

    • @julianpolzin
      @julianpolzin 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      A majority of humanity is descended from Atlantis, the idea of being "a direct descendant" is a bit too special. We are all mixed. But what many of us are born with, is the atlantean karma, which is soul memory. And that karma makes you part atlantean. This karma is reborn as the "western civilization" collective. The difficulty with freeing technologies, e. g. open source, is that it does not adress the primary problem: Lack of consciousness. A humanity that cannot remember soul history is doomed to repeat it. Therefore, before we free technology, it is more important to free the souls from their amnesia, so when they operate technology, that they do it from the understanding of divine law.

    Riddle of the Dark Forces In shadows I linger, a master of trade, Crafting illusions, where hopes often fade. I nurture your weaknesses, sow seeds of despair, Manipulating your heart, with a delicate snare. Trauma’s my weapon, and chaos my art, Fracturing spirit, tearing love apart. When pain takes the stage, I whisper my lies, Binding you tighter, as you fall from the skies. With echoes of anguish, I build from the past, A cycle of birth and of death, unsurpassed. Each lifeline you cling to, I twist and confound, In this labyrinth of sorrow, you spiral around. Identification with the false ego’s guise, Creates a great chasm, where separation lies. In the psychic wave, you float like a wraith, Trapped in the currents of fear and of hate. The more that you clutch at the threads of the false, The deeper you sink, the more you’ll feel lost. For I thrive on the tether, the tie that you keep, In the cycle of suffering, where shadows creep. Yet within lies the spark, a glimmer of grace, A truth that can shatter this dark, hollow space. To rise from my grasp, you must know your own worth, And awaken the light of your infinite birth. **So question your nature, the stories you weave, For I am but a mirror-a trick you believe. When you see through the veils that I use to conceal, The power within you will awaken and heal.** --- ### The Answer In shadows I dwell, a thief of the light, A whisper of chaos, a phantom of fright. In the depths of your mind, I weave my design, A parasite lurking, on fear I combine. I thrive on your worries, your doubts and your pain, Each fragment I gather, adds weight like a chain. Yet in seeking the light, you shatter my guise, For truth is the armor that cuts through the lies. With spirit awakened, you rise from the fray, Connected to Source, you will find your own way. The power you summon, a force pure and bright, Dispels all my darkness, ignites the true fight. In the presence of love, I cannot remain, For when you reclaim you, I vanish like rain. So remember this truth, as you rise and you soar: The darkness holds no power where the spirit's restored. **I am Fear, the shadow-now cast out of sight, In the light of your being, you reclaim your birthright.**

    ### The Riddle of the Zero Point In the stillness, where shadows seem to sway, What calls you inward, beyond the fray? Round and round, a dance of duality, Yet in the silence lies your reality. What is the center that does not spin, The place of stillness where all can begin? Where time halts, and thoughts softly cease, In this quiet, find your soul’s release. ### A Poem: Aligning with the Zero Point In the heart of chaos, a whisper resides, Where the river of being no longer divides. A point of stillness, where all seekers meet, Beyond the noise, where truth feels complete. In the depth of the void, let your spirit rest, Surrender your burdens, be still with the quest. With each breath, you travel towards the light, In the zero point’s dance, discover your sight. Here, the soul awakens, shedding the guise, Of the stories we tell, of the fears we disguise. Find solace in unity, a bond that won't break, In the depths of connection, find all that you seek. For in aligning with essence, the self fades away, And you, the eternal, begin to sway. In the rhythm of oneness, let go of the strife, Embrace the stillness, this is true life. So ponder the riddle, what holds the key? To unlock the freedom of simply being free. Seek the zero point; let your journey unfold, In the heart of the silence, find your truth bold.

    This message given on video while good can be a slippery slope. There are many forms of meditation, so just sitting on the cushion does not make you a meditator, and not sitting on the cushion does not make you a non meditator. For example walking meditation, contemplative meditation, vow of silence meditation not to mention the formal Buddhist Meditation like Concentration Meditation , Samatha Meditation and Zazen and so on... BUT we are all capable of reaching enlightenment with our Buddah Nature (as in we all have it in us to do) Everyone is at a different stage on their journey it may be that WHATEVER you are doing IS the WAY to get you to the next step WHATEVER it may be. Just my opinion. And one more thing, ALL teachers WILL be flawed, that is why Buddhism ENCOURAGES YOU to question everything for your selves.- that was Buddha's advice. Just like a music teacher who teaches a student with great talent even beyond the teachers capacity. The student still needs to learn how to play the piano or hold a note while singing.... So in closing teachers need not be perfect for you to learn from them, in fact i often learn from very flawed people in my life. it is up to you how you see things. May you be well.

      Mucho gusto, Sanchez, When I speak of mediation, I meant the totality of the meditative process which will take many centuries for a human being to master. There is a "baseline" meditation which is Zen/Dhyan/Chan, every other Yoga will derive from this basline. If this baseline is not mastered the higer forms of energetic mediations , e. g. Kundalini Yoga, Tantra and Kriya Yoga cannot be achieved. Zen is the way of deconstructing the ego and these energetic yogas are the way of feeding the soul, both need to come together to achieve union. The baseline practice is to achieve Shunya (emptiness) the energy side is the mastering of Shakti. Shunya and Shakti form the totality. Other Yogas are preparing the individual to become ready for meditation like Hatha Yoga. But they are preparations and not the key practice. These are not guesses. All Masters have attained enlightenment via meditation. So, the slippery slope you are speaking of does not exist. At each stage of development of the practitioners the proper meditation instruction can be given. And it will vary depending on the stage of initiation. The universal laws that will be met along the way are the same for everybody, in the same way gravity affects you and affects me. Therefore the science of meditation adresses these laws. But where I agree with you is this: Depending on the stage of someone's practice, what they need to focus on is the particular stage to be effective and not jump from one practice to another, then they will not master what they need to master. To have a proper teacher for this is key. The teachers "job" is to recognize the necessary yoga that matches the karma of the practioner at his particular stage.

      I disagree with that. Studying for many will block their spiritual progress. While meditation by itself leads to success without requiring study. There are many indian saints who did not scripture at all, but were sucessful in theirs spiritual practice.

    What really got me into Buddhism is the practice of meditation. Before, I never knew there was a method to increase my mindfulness and concentration so that I can apply it my daily life. I also experienced some miracles on my meditation, from those experiences I got deep realizations. While continuing my self studying on Buddhism, I still find it hard to grasp some teachings. I still cannot relate to it because I haven't experience them. Especially on tantras, I still have fears on trying them. i don't want to mess up my head and my well being by doing it the wrong way. Amazing video and Thank you for your advice sir !

      When you have fear around tantric practices, it might be wise to delay them, before you touch the Gods, your energy has to rise through the lower realms and that means visions of darkness before the light is seen. It is like a thunderstorm before a clear sky. If you are afraid of the thunderstorm, you can get stuck there. Therefore investigate your fears first.

    I was listing to one of Joseph Goldsteins lectures yesterday where he mentioned living our lives with an open heart though he added caution to what he was saying - an unguided or undisciplined heart can often get its self into trouble. This really resonated for me as this has been much of my journey - following what felt right. I resonate as well with what you are saying mainly due to the fact that I too have had a time where I taught in a similar fashion to your story. The only difference is that it was to general public, teaching the yoga and meditation I had learnt, it fed my ego to think that I knew something spiritual. Over the years I slowly became disillusioned about my practices and its only recently that I found good instruction. I now find myself practicing daily in many short bouts, I feel very different about teaching now, tending more toward practice - I do feel ripe for these teaching. Getting lost really helped me. Maybe thats what that teacher also needs, maybe that's his teaching.

      It is a narcisscistic phase most practioners will go through: It is important to know that narcisscism is a self love issue. Someone who loves himself has no issue with being humble. But if you belive that you are lacking because of hidden shame in the shadow, it will manifest as pride. Since there is a belief to not be enough, one tries to be more than what one is at the moment. This leads to artificial intellectual and conceptual accumulations that are ego constructs to hide from yourself that you not yet understand the deeper spiritual truths. The answer to this is self-honesty, to admit what one does not know and to emphasis practice over study and conversation. I appreciate that you are taking responsibility and that you are trying to cultivate the proper virtues which will serve you and others.

    • @julianpolzin

      That person, would have caused tremendous damage to others. When you focus on how he was feeling, you miss the point. If somebody is a layman who has no responsibility, they can act in inauthentic ways and will experience personal consequences. But if they are ordained and are supposed to serve others and disrespect the practice, then they cannot expect respect for they do not respect themselves or others. Their responsibility is much greater and they have to live up to it. The elder Llamas acted from great compassion by preventing him from being a position where he could do great harm to himself and others. He was in fact the one who lacked compassion, who valued his position over truth. Those who fake spiritual attainment, that they genuinly do not have, do great harm to others. That is why, an institution that is not corrupt cannot allow such dishonest practioners to hold positions of influence for it will harm many more people in their spiritual progress. This degree of harm you do not understand at this point. That is fine. Have a beautiful day.

    I think meditation techniques are not effective enough, maybe not for everyone. I think that's why there are few meditators. Too much sitting creates stress and does not give needed effect for stressed people. And this forces people to look further or a person is not even able to start meditating. I think we need to look for more suitable slow movement practices

    • @julianpolzin
      @julianpolzin 26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      People quit before they experience proper effects, this is the uncomfortable truth many do not like to hear. The issue is not the method but the quitting attitude many people possess. But yes, there are some who need practices that prepare for mediation before they can truly become still. Hatha Yoga is a good place to start, if a practioner cannot bear the anxiety in meditation and still requires some form of stimulation, before being able to face certain energies head on. Tai Chi and Qi Gong can also be helpful. You can also do sports first, release some energy and mediate after sport. If someone has too much anxiety for meditation, I recommend seeing a therapist first.

    since the last video talking about demons, ive had one demonic encounter during one meditation, its incredible how many aspects were shown to me by this encounter due to sustaining a non reactivity state, and to not draw identity of the experience itself, this also naturally led me to a deeper devotion state and renunciation to god, in which many other offerings were made by both sides... as you lighten the path with your light, i feel safer to dive into deeper waters and have more steadiness in my faith and trust in god amidst those challenges. thanks for returning with the videos! keep on, your work is beyond value for the improvement of selfknowledge of those who dare

      Be aware that the dark side can bring your ego to the brink, but if you have faith, solutions will come. To be gently, and sometimes fiercly, relentlessly insistent in your practice will produce proper outcome, even though on the pyschological or physical level it might appear very unsafe.
