Oh. gosh..ur going to be trolled badly for lack of coffee knowledge u have. However, to begin with coffee is a science. And ur using the wrong machine to explain coffee.. that a low power machine. I had that when I was a novice..then realised how ineffective it is. Anyways, to guide u further is u r really interested in coffee- 1) Always use freshly roasted (min 7 days ..max 25 days old) and grind fresh. 2) Use 100% Arabica beans. It can be medium, dark roast as per ur preference. 3) When using a proper pressure espresso machine, then try to dial the machine with grind size, Dosage and shot timing. This is experimenting. Loads of practice needed. For milk stretching, it's all together new concept and story.
Hey just a friendly suggestion! To know about coffee tasting for beginners I recommend you see the video of James Hoffman(world barista champion). And also If you wanted to try out the espresso brewing method for tasting, you should use a true espresso shot to taste because that's what will have the overall all the characteristic of the beans. The espresso you are tasting has no Crema(the golden emulsion on top) therefore you are missing on very important profiles of the bean. I know it's really difficult to pull a good espresso shot(you almost require a true machine what you see in cafes). The machine you used isn't totally ideal to give you the best tasting experience. It's a myth that coffee IS supposed to be bitter. The espresso should be smooth and full bodied. The overall thing is if ANY method of coffee tastes bitter then that means it hasn't been brewed correctly. My suggestion if you want to taste coffee at home, one of the most feasable method would be 'Pour over'(also regarded as best method to taste coffee flavours). Sorry for being too nerdy about coffee I just wanted to give you MY perspective towards it. But things apart, you are doing really great job!!! Amazing video loved you spirit 😄👍
Ikr its an art pulling off a great coffee shot and not really possible with these home espresso machines. I often try latte art and and its a struggle with this home espresso machine to get that even froth
If you're Ok with a manual lever-based machine, the Flair Espresso setups off of Benki Brewing is a great choice. Can pair with a good grinder like a 1Zpresso JX Pro for a complete starter kit. But I don't know what your requirement is. So this is just a cookie cutter recommendation

You must be on a caffeine high post this video. Do try kaffa cerrado, BarrelBean, Black Bazza, Quickbrown fox and Bili hu coffees :)
@@bloop1141 I have tried regular with milk at their respective outlets except for Black Baza. Black bazza I make at home in my Madras filter coffee tumbler. Try their sampler it's amazing.
Nice one... Also why you don't have your name on bluetokai coffee!!?
the fruity silver oak blend of blue tokai is honestly the best, iv tried a couple of brands too but nothing has compared to it thus far. also starbucks dark roasts taste too burnt imo
Insightful. Thanks!
Wow my favorite TH-camr with my favorite coffee 😇😇
By far the best video I've seen on different types of coffee... Huge thumbs up... 👍
She has legit no clue what she's doing, she's going about it alllllll wrong. This is not how you approach speciality coffee scene in India. DaYum girl do some research
Congratulations for 24k subcribers 😎
Blue tokai is the best
I like Attikan Estate

Really?
Why don't you make an video on coffee machine which is best one
Hmmm . U sure u know your coff ee ? I certainly not and that's why i came here but we all know no coffee concentrate is "that" butter
Oh. gosh..ur going to be trolled badly for lack of coffee knowledge u have.
Struggling to find a good espresso machine... Need suggestions...
The videographer did an amazing job in the first 30 seconds💯❤️👍🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
And happy international coffee day TANYA ☕❤️
Very nice video.
Now try different ways of brewing a coffee like South Indian Filter coffee, Moka Pot, French Press etc etc.
It would be better if some light background music going on while you're talking ! Intro was fab !
You look like barkha Singh ❤️❤️😍😍
Price ?
You know I was just watching you ap vlog and notification came and I jumped into this....
