Do you wash your jellycats? How do you clean and restore them? I want to keep good care of my jellycats and don't want to damage them by washing them so I was wondering if you knew the best way?
The best way, I think, is to unstuff them and give their “skin” a wash in a tub/sink, then blow dry and brush with a toothbrush. You’ll want to sew the stuffing back in again. OR you can throw them in the washer on a gentle cycle. Put them in a pillowcase! Then blow dry and brush as ususal
Do you clean your thrifted jelly cats?
you can just leave them in the sun in the car for a few days to help kill some germs, I haven’t figured out Jellycats in the washing machine quite yet!
I hand wash them and it works for me!
@@moosemallows.c maybe do that and stick them in a tightly sealed bag in case they have lice on them.

@@hammylover4life225 once one kid has it it spreads to every kid in close proximity. Schools have break outs occasionally. You take that chance when you buy anything fabric second hand. Also, not everyone has the best hygiene..just saying.
