I just bought the purple monster for my birthday and then the next day I went out and found the blue and the yellow. I love them. I named the purple one Amethyst, the yellow one Tiger Eye, and the blue Azurite.
A month and a half ago, I bought a Jelly Cat Plush named Rolbie and he is a super cuddly Lamb with an adorable face:)!! I bought Rolbie to replace an old toy I had in my Childhood that was a plush lamb my Late Grandfather bought me at the old John Wanamaker's, but Rolbie is even cuter:)!! I so LOVE Jelly Cat Plush Toys:)!!

Due to trauma, CPTSD, autism, OCD and much more I do understand what stuffed animals/plushies mean to people. I collect Pusheen/Disney and Build a bear plushies. I'm lately the most into Build a bear.
Yes stuffed animals definitely have healing power. I like Pusheen (I have only 1) and Disney too. Jellycat are so soft and has a lot of designs, it’s my favorite. Build a bear I only buy cloth for now. Do you like Sanrio toys?

I recently bought the huge billie giraffe and bedtime blossom bunny. I want the little birdies next and huge bashful puppy

The same reasons you listed are why I have stuffed animals. I still live at home with narcissistic parents and my stuffed animals are how I cope
