It just is so stunning there, I love how remote it is, I don’t know that I would like it so cold but I’m sure if you have a nice open fireplace then that would make it totally bearable.
To be fair it does get cold but not as many degrees less than England in some places and times. But it’s the wind up here!!

I enjoy your video however, I wonder how do you go grocery shopping and what about if someone gets sick how do you get to the hospital?
There are larger towns dotted around the highlands which have larger amenities like supermarkets and some of them even deliver to some pretty rural and remote places around the Highlands. If we needed the hospital we would drive there unless an emergency then we would call an ambulance. Which we actually had to do in the first few weeks after we moved. But the time it took to get to us was a stark reminder of how far away we are.
Hi it's Victoria from home educating the mad lads. The scenery looks absolutely stunning. We don't drive though so I would be marooned out there..not necessarily a bad thing lol. The nature there looks so good for the soul. How far are you from your nearest doctors?xx
Ahh yes! Being able to drive is important living where I do!
The closest GP’s are about half hour away I think.
