Main ne aj 1/2 kg dal channa se ye recipe banayi such main buht hi zaida zaberdust recipe hai ye bus main dal ke pakoray banaspati ghee main fry kiya ur pher chop kr ke us ko 3/4 cup desi ghee main fry kiya becoz desi ghee buht expensive hai.but tast is really superb.thanx bhai😊

This is our family recipe of daal halwa, aap ne jo banaya hay is ko desi ghee me bhoon lein, to ye halwa ki shkal ben jae gi, more delicious then dry panjeri, mere kehne per try zarur kerein, desi ghee zyada use ho ga, kishmish bhi daalein phir kamal dekhein, enjoy whole winter, gherm ker k bhi use ker sakte hein,

My mother used to make this halwa in the same way by soaking dal in milk.
My mom makes this daal every year in winters (same recipe, same technique)
