Sergi will have to build a block to raise the foot board high enough for it to be used as a head board. I hope the charity shop still has the head board. It's a beautiful bed piece. It would be a shame not to have the whole bed. You are a talented artist. I think you could fix that small damage in the center medallion if you can find the color to match.

the panelled room is so lovely and their is brightness in that room its beautiful . you have done an amazing job amazing teamwork, the wall cleared . may be a good idea to twice yearly inspect the wall at the bottom to check for new bramble growth and nip it out if you spot any growning. but an amzing job. the rest of the house will get done but take one job at a time , you are amazing both of you also your friends who help
I know you said you are short on storage space but your room should be empty especially with all the sanding of the floor and walls, so that your furniture doesn’t get in this state. Make sure to put a towel under the door when yiu move into corridor to sand stops all the dust especially on your fabric walls.
You can buy cleaning and polishing attachments for your dril to make it easier to clean and polish furniture or you can get a cordless set ? Your choice.great progress looks amazing,just a small thing and I'm not wanting to sound picky the windows edges need a clean up love the room, it's nice to have each room different I love your talent
You bought an old house, it is amazing to watch you reparing it all by yourself and not being professionals in building it will take time . I admire your will power ! Bit by bit you will get the rooms done and you have us entertained ! just...I would have put plaster boards on the walls for more lasting and correct result .
I wonder if hiring a sandblaster would help with the next room. Sandblasting the ceiling and floor might be easier and faster than doing it with hand tools. The house and garden is a work of art, you are both doing an amazing job.
