Dio's skills with The World are quite impressive. He can stop time for himself, and the computer on the desk can still communicate across the internet to the server far away to tell it that he's moving around, while said computer AND server are stopped in time.
Or you can just read it, that way it would be far better paced and without the awkward abuse of "dramatic time"....and they kinda couldn't tell which was spoken dialog and which was just inner thoughts they could have cut out.....yeah the anime kinda stuck a little too faithfully to the manga....
@@TeryJones or you know, you can still watch the anime because it's pretty well done and adapts a beloved manga series into anime very well all things considered. Reading it is always still an option especially for the parts that haven't been adapted yet but it's always up to the person to decide how to approach JJBA but either way I'm sure they'll enjoy it.

What he really says is "po ni tabun". The only thing is that "tabun" is not very articulated, and it will very easily sound like "town" if you read the subtitles while hearing it.
