It just means we do our spread positions looking at north. You do the spreads either around the boss or around the where the boss will be depending on the mechanic, but always looking at north. Other strats or mechanics in other fights sometimes determine a "new north" which we would do positions looking at, but in this case we always do it looking at actual north or "true north".
