Blackberry and Orange Swiss Merengue Buttercream

  • This recipe has a one base from which you can make 2 absolutely fruity, creamy and silky creams. Combination of orange and blackberry is perfect for hot summer days, ideal for cupcakes, dessert cups or cake frosting.
    Ingredients:
    Swiss Meringue Buttercream Frosting:
    • 300 g - 10,5 oz - 3 cup butter unsalted
    • 100 - 3,5 oz - ½ cup sugar granulated
    • 120 g - 4,2 oz - 4 pcs of egg whites
    • a) 4 tbsp blackberry coulis
    • b) orange zest from 1 orange
    Blackberry Coulis:
    • 200 g - 7 oz fresh or frozen blackberries
    • 80 g - 2,8 oz sugar granulated
