The centre (skanderbeg square) will NOT be there anymore, they are creating a no driving area there where there will be water fountains and benches with trees which is better. Tram lines and terminal will also be finished before 2020,making Tirana a fantastic metropol before 2020.
Really? That would be fantastic! I just think that the place is over saturated with traffic, taking away from its beauty and purpose as a historical treasure. The landscapes, fountains,entertainment and much more than that is overlooked, especially the fact that it's such an un organized city.
