I learned everything i know about suspension from that manual. I raced dirt bikes as a kid in the 90s. It helped me develop my love for racing and computers
Appreciate you uploading this! Been thinking about these papyrus games lately and I wasnt sure if this video was real or some made up thing in my childhood memories
Oh man... So great memories! When I first got NR2 I didn't even have a racing wheel, so I remember hammering the left arrow key like a maniac to turn faster! :D
I tried a gamepad. That was impossible so I ended up using a joystick and the top button for the brake. Forward was the gas. The joystick was great for this game but I would have loved to have the wheel.
Superb video. I wondered if this version of the PC game got the drivers' attention at all. They should remaster this game with all the same drivers tracks/everything...
Funny when he is at wakins glen and he over drives bus stop and he was going to crash but they changed the view so we wouldn't see it lmao but it's an awesome video helpful find for nr2003
Hey man, thanks for uploading this! I played this in 96 on pc but was too much of noob to do well with the numkey-pad. Do you notice any difference between how the game performs on Labonte's computer here and how it performs on DosBox today? Thanks again for this find!
No problem...Thanks for checking it out. Labonte's computer was way more powerful than mine was back in the day. I tried running it in dos box and it played ok...However, I prefer to play NR2003.
+SinCitySim Racing I think so...I've been hunting it for a long time, never comes up on eBay. I'm curious how long it will last on my channel. Thanks for watching and the comment.
Where is the part when he teaches you the best way to turn around and ram all of the cars by driving head-on into traffic?
I had to come back and watch this again after DJD Ep 331 w/ Bobby LaBonte
Same!
The manual they provided with this game was awesome

Hard to find...Thanks for watching!

Does anyone know what kind of steering wheel Bobby was using from the video?

Man, why'd you have to cut off the top and bottom of the screen? :(

What capture device do you use?
+Jordan St.Amant I borrowed this old "Canopus" ADVC110 converter that connects to your VCR and to your PC via fire wire. Hope you enjoyed the video.
