Woow ! Just that very first riff gives the tone for the rest. The mix is amazing man and just sounds pro (i would be curious to know how long it takes to arrive at this result, i mean between the clip (which is great!) and the fine mix of every tracks) ! The song itself is really smooth with every riffs that just follows perfectly the previous one, the leads are amazing and the vocals as well. To me man it could be like the first single of an album to come that i would say "Yes please i want to listen more!". You did really something great here and congrats for that Balash ! To answer your question to arrive to this mix it was actually years, it kinda is a result of my learnings. I tracked the song in 2018-2019. I liked it so i decided this is gonna be the first full song I will ever mix (the vocals came just recently). I always went back to it when I learned something new online or through the SWOLAs or something that worked, so it kind of evolved along the way with me. This version of the mix was pretty much ready a year ago (the instrumental version) but something always interfered and stopped me from releasing it. I think going forward I'm gonna drop an original every month/2 months and maybe organise them in EPs or even full length after a while. That's the plan at least 🤪 I might do a run through video of the project later.

I personnaly find it not that easy when you've done a full song like this, to come back on it, re-listen and modify it. I always want to change some stuffs or think that some parts could be improved. Kind of difficult to arrive at this point where you say "OK i keep it like this", especially when you're alone to work on a song. The way i see your song here feels me like you reached this point of not changing stuff anymore, and the result sounds just great. Glad to read that you won't stop these original songs, i think you have all the talent needed for that!
@@stevenlx4120actually that was the hardest part: to STOP 😊 I asked this questions from many TH-camrs from Ola too but they never picked it: "How do you know when your mix is ready?"- No answer yet.😂 But I reached a point where if I changed something on the guitars for instance it started to cover up some stuff from the drums so I should have gone back to the drums and tweak it but that's like the foundation of the mix's feel. It kinda felt like a rabbithole I didn't want to go down to. At that point I said ok, it's enough. Also I kinda had to face reality this is not a high budget stuff with pro players...it's a two input interface and a bunch of plugins...
Yes sure, and very time consuming when it's a ''side activity''. I find the image of the rabbithole resumes accurately the feeling of reaching the stoping point. Doesn't have this with thé SWOLAs as it has to be done in a week. It's really great to have feedbacks like this from other people, really enjoyed it ! 😁

I don't have the words to portray how awesome that track was. Production values for the video and audio were through the roof.
