Congrats on your feat❤️ One little thing as a Med student 🥲 ear buds are dangerous for ear cleaning and absolutely not recommended by most ENT specialists, as it tends to push wax further in more than it takes the wax out. Later it can harden inside, causing conductive deafness/deafness due to block, infections, or even damage to ear drums. Funniest thing is, despite me knowing that I’m still addicted to ear buds, and I’m literally taking antibiotics for an infection rn🥲😂

It's like looking into a damned mirror. Love digging my ear with a cotton bud. Constantly procrastinating. Constantly breaking things. Hate messes. Hate not cleaning up messes. Dreading my upcoming Ph.D. viva. Stress eating. Feeling guilty for not being able to give time to my 9m old baby. Feeling guilty for taking breaks to spend time with my baby. etc etc. Life sucks. On a brighter note. Congratulations. I teared up a bit when you were awarded the doctorate :') Everyone was so sweet.

Di even I am addicted to clean my ears a lot with an ear bud. 🤚 And because of which the inner lining of my ear canal got thinner causing me a lot of pain and dizziness. Doctor told me to stop it. And so I did. 😐

try soliwax ear drops insted for cleaning you ears, using ear buds actually pushes the lump further into the cavity. It can be harmful in the long run
