What I love about you is that you are very knowledgable and you give a lot of information. This is very beneficial to the viewer and makes you very likable
You could. You should fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate (that has been cooled to room temperature), though. And you have to do this quickly or the chocolate can seize, causing the mixture to be grainy.
Yes, you could use this frosting on cupcakes. Normally I chill the bowl and beater before whipping the cream. I don't usually use a bowl of ice, although you could do it that way.
This is my favorite frosting. 5 years ago, my oven was just storage space. Now, I make cakes from scratch. I do whip the frosting to stiff peaks. It seems to hold up better if there are any leftovers.
This is the first thorough video of whipped cream making ive come across. Ive tried understanding recipes but it helps having something to compare to like a video.
Hello maam i m watching ur channel after 7 years...I baked my first cake for my daughter's birthday when she was only 3 yrs old after getting motivated from u n now when she is turning 10 I m gonna bake it again hope it goes well..thank u so much....I tried very hard to find ur channel it took almost one month...but finally I found u❤❤
If you beat whipped cream for too long it will become so thick that it's like butter. Once you make the whipped cream frosting you need to pipe it right away as whipped cream becomes soft when left at room temperature.
Thank you for making these videos! I can always rely on your videos and recipes to explain the why and how of a recipe, and asides regarding other ingredients someone could use, alternative methods and even tools. I learn every time! Thank you
love your videos ..the fact that you give all the measurements of you ingredients and explain so clearly also products to use in england ..keep it going ..thank you xxx
You want to beat it until it forms almost stiff peaks. The actual time would depend on whether you are using a mixer or beating it by hand with a wire whisk.
I made the black forest Cake watching your video before 5years and after this long I'm going to do it the same way coz I had the gut feel that Ur recipe was the best. Joy of baking is not just the name but I started enjoying it from the time I started watching Ur channel Love you ❤️
I tried the chocolate whipped cream and it was so good! I tried with other recipes and I failed but for this recipe it was so successful and I learnt a lot about the cream. You got a new subscriber! Can't wait for your next video!
I'm assuming you mean you want to cut the cupcakes in half and fill them with the cream. That would work but you will have to refrigerate the cupcakes to keep the cream nice and firm.
The whipped cream frosting is made with heavy cream, while a butter cream is made with butter and sugar. Yes, you can pipe the whipped cream frosting, although it is not that sturdy, not like a buttercream.
I was looking for a recipe with granulated sugar instead of powdered sugar. Thank you! I am making cream puffs tomorrow but with whipped cream instead of pastry cream.
Hi Stephanie, you are so amazing you give valueable information thats so helpful .I have started to bake watching your videos you sound very calm and composed thanks a lot for all your recepies and tips.
Not sure what you are asking. If you mean after you frost the cake with this whipped cream frosting, then you would have to refrigerate the cake overnight.
Thank you for the tips!! I make this all the time and I had once over beat it but didn't know how to fix it!! I also add some gelatin to add stabilize my cream too. Only like a couple of table spoons.
Thank you so much, Mrs. Jaworski, for the little but very important tips to avoid losing the cream. I never thought about whipping it again, or adding more cream if it were too stiff! Great material on the website too.
love all your videos I made most of it to my family back here in Egypt and they were amazed they thought I am something haha but I told them I just watched your great videos thanks a lot and best of luck to you.
Fantastic techniques mam.... One thing I want to tell u in this video u hv mentioned that everything should be cold enough while bitting, but plz make a video of the techniques should be followed for stiff cream piping methods specially in the hot climate like India ... Everytime it becomes a mess at the end of piping.
thank you very much for sharing these videos with us. in this video you used heavy cream .in the uk they have single, double ,and extra thick cream the last one is very thick that you can scoop it with spoon . please advice me which one i should use . thank you very much 💖💖
That is very strange, as I've never had this happen. It must have something to do with the ingredients. The first question is - normally when you use your heavy cream does it beat to stiff peaks? If it does, then it must be the cocoa powder. Did you use unsweetened cocoa powder?
I never thought to add different flavors to my whipped cream, so I will definitely be trying out the chocolate and fruit in the future :) thanks for sharing!
I Really like your videos and it inspired me to start baking. Could you suggest good model of electric hand blender as I only have manual mixer. Frosting doesn't come good with just a whisker, is it
When you're putting this whipping cream frosting on a cake, do I need to frost the day of serving or can I make it ahead of time at least the night or day before or will it compromise the texture/taste? TIA
Stephanie I'd love you to show us how to make a nice chocolate whipped cream frosting for a chocolate cake, instead of the traditional buttercream which can be very sweet. Thankyou.
Hi, Stephanie. I enjoyed this video and love it, it helped me with my very first frosting try. I tried to make cream cheese frosting yesterday but I used coarse sugar by mistake. The sugar did not melt in the beating. Can I kind of double boil the cream to melt the sugar and whip again?
Joy of Baking if I refrigerate the cream would it be ok ? or to cool it it fast can i put it in freezer for little time ? and thanks a lot this video really helped me !
thank you for sharing your recipe. i tried it and when i fill the vanilla whipping cream which is stiff peak into the pipping bag, the whipping cream was passing thru the pipping hole. do i need to beat the cream more? thanks again for your recipe ^_^
We love your comments however due to our busy schedule questions on the recipes may take some time. We check our Facebook page more often so if you would like a quicker answer post your question there. A link to our Facebook page is in the description above.
Adding gelatine with cold water then after 5mins warm it up to solve the gelatine n add into the frosting whipped cream immediately to stable it? i want to frost it on cupcake to ensure that the frost won't melt. Please advise. Thank you. And You Rocks! Really love yr tutorial in many cakes, etc. It is easy and clear. Once again thank you!
Great video!! my cream was all right and I did filling, frosting and piping, but in the end cream became so stiff that all the holes in the nozzles were closed, and it kind of brittled... first time my piping was going on so well and suddenly this.....
I recently subscribed to your show and I am loving it. Can you please tell me the brand of your stand mixer? it looks nice and seems to work great. Thanks
Love your videos and the "why" behind all the steps. Thank you! Question, if used as a filling in between cake layers, how long should that cake be able to be served?
You mentioned that if you leave it for too long it will turn into butter. If I wanted to use it to frost an actual cake would I leave it for that long to make it real thick? I like to use whipped cream frosting better because it's not as heavy as butter cream.
stefanie, please help me out. how do i get the chocolate whipped cream frosting to be dark brown? like the same color of melted chocolate? thanks a bunch.

Yes. Just pureed strawberries sweetened with sugar.
If you beat whipped cream for too long it will become so thick that it's like butter. Once you make the whipped cream frosting you need to pipe it right away as whipped cream becomes soft when left at room temperature.

You could try refrigerating it to firm it up. Or you could try adding a little gelatin to the whipped cream to stabilize it.
YOU have the really important DETAILS which makes you the best teacher !
love your videos ..the fact that you give all the measurements of you ingredients and explain so clearly also products to use in england ..keep it going ..thank you xxx
If you like you can stabilize it will gelatin and it shouldn't affect the flavor.
How? Could you please share the quantity
Your video is great for us beginners. You are such a good teacher...keep it going. God bless...

I agree. Peaceful, engaging, and educational.

For two birthdays in a row your video have saved my behind.
If it is a hot day it won't hold very long. It must be refrigerated until just before serving.
Yes, you can use jam.
Thank you so much, Mrs. Jaworski, for the little but very important tips to avoid losing the cream. I never thought about whipping it again, or adding more cream if it were too stiff! Great material on the website too.
THANK YOU FOR YOU RECIPES, THEY ARE ALL SO VERY WELL EXPLAINED AND MORE THAN THAT. AND, APROPO, YOU ARE A VERY NICE LADY. THANKS AGAIN

You can also stabilize it with gelatin and it will last even longer than 24 hours.

Yes, I would whip it more.
Whipped Cream Frosting must be stored in the refrigerator. The texture is smooth.
Am I the only one who finds these video's extremely calming?
Wow thanks Miss Stephanie this is really so good and i have learned a good tip thank you
I find a wire whisk really works when whipping cream.
thank you very much for sharing these videos with us. in this video you used heavy cream .in the uk they have single, double ,and extra thick cream the last one is very thick that you can scoop it with spoon . please advice me which one i should use . thank you very much 💖💖

Stephanie I'd love you to show us how to make a nice chocolate whipped cream frosting for a chocolate cake, instead of the traditional buttercream which can be very sweet. Thankyou.
Silly me. You just did!
I think it might be too thin.
Maybe you need to whip the cream just a little more. However, this frosting is not like a buttercream, it is much more fragile.
this woman is great!
I'm sorry, but I've never tried coloring whipping cream, so I don't know how it would work.
Thank you for your tutorial.
From now, I can make Chocolate cake using cocoa powder.
First of all....you are a great baking teacher !!!!!
I have a question, where I live they don't have heavycream, what else can I use??
I used dairy whipping cream with 38% fat
Hi, Stephanie. I enjoyed this video and love it, it helped me with my very first frosting try.
I tried to make cream cheese frosting yesterday but I used coarse sugar by mistake. The sugar did not melt in the beating. Can I kind of double boil the cream to melt the sugar and whip again?
Who else thinks she reminds you of sheldons mom????
omg yes!!!
😂😂😂😂😂

This is the best frosting ever!!! Its so yummy , youll wanna just eat it with a spoon!(who cares about the cake, lololol!!!)
I agree, because I am not a big fan of butter cream frosting.
Unfortunately whipping cream does not hold very long. Maybe an hour.
You have to use a cream that when whipped, will reach stiff peaks.
We love your comments however due to our busy schedule questions on the recipes may take some time. We check our Facebook page more often so if you would like a quicker answer post your question there. A link to our Facebook page is in the description above.
Ok i live in France, And i want to make this! i will look for "other things" heavy cream Thanks for the video!.
I've haven't actually tried adding gelatine to the whipped cream frosting. But your method sounds good.
Thanks
Can I use on cupcakes? Do we need to place a bowl of ice below the metal bowl (for the whipped cream)?
What about a cream cheese flavored whip cream frosting, do you have an idea for that, I'm a cream cheese frosting fan♡
you can color this whit some gel coloring food just after the cream is done
it's really pretty ^^
Will it be better if we were to stabilize the cream with gelatin? Will it affect the flavor?
Love your videos and the "why" behind all the steps. Thank you! Question, if used as a filling in between cake layers, how long should that cake be able to be served?
Hi .. Planning to decorate a cake for my husband's birthday . can this icing be used for decorating the cake and how long will it stay...
Hi Stephanie, do you think this would be suitable for a Macaron filling, or is it too thin?
Great video! But what if you spread on a cake a day before an occasion? Will it turn liquidy?
If you refrigerate the cake, it should be okay.
