Thank you for having tall sizes for your merch! You are the only youtuber I follow that has mercy on us tall guys who want to rep our favorite influencers. I just ordered a shirt.
Two things, Id bet the bent motor case is contacting a "fan" on the motor on the hoist, thats why its so loud. Also, I know Tay was only hanging for a minute but when you're hanging from a harness all of your weight is on those inner thigh straps and those can crush the femoral arteries and could potentially cause blood clots and other injuries. There is actual terms called suspension trauma or harness hang syndrome. Love you guys.
I took advantage of the LA discount and bought the Vevor mag drill. It is hard to resist owning a piece of equipment which would otherwise be unaffordable. There is definite comedy in the grammar and wording of Chinese directions in general and you guys present that in an appropriate way. If that's offensive, at least it's a fixable problem.
I was just about to suggest something similar. There is almost definitely a rotating assembly hitting the case. I've never heard such a terrible noise from an electric hoist.
Free stuff is always good. Glad you're feeling better. Love the videos guys. Can't wait to see more videos soon my friends. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends forge on. fab on. Weld on. Keep making. God bless.
You guys are the best. Thanks for a fun silly and educational video. Love the offshore product lineup! I need one of those batteries though.. Yes. Yes I so. I run a portable HF ham radio that pulls up to 100w and I think that think would actually last a few hours (I don't use that much power all the time, if ever really, only when transmitting and when I need full power)
Love the videos! Ya'll need to have a look at your international shipping calculator though, went to buy a T-Shirt and when changing to Australia it reduced the cost of shipping to your sticker rate. Keep up the great work though!!
Go see a sleep Dr. And get checked for sleep apnea. Turns out I had it pretty bad, and now with a machine it really is life changing! I feel like doing things now and have energy to do it. I don't want to nap all the time, and I don't keep my wife up snoring anymore. Also, and this is no kidding, some of my hair started growing back. Still not much up there, but it is something haha
You are DEFINITELY an influence, Tay - The kind Moms always warn against :D. Got two of your T-shirts in the mail yesterday. Woo Hoo! Not tired of your tool reviews - yet :D
The sticker is set so that when sitting on chair you can see what brand you are on when reaching down to get items off that screen or under the screen when the tools fall through.
The loud motor on the hoist could be caused by the dent case being hit by the fan. I had a same issue on a large water pump. And it made a similar sound.
That chain hoist moves so slow you could create a workout regiment to get strong enough to lift whatever you are using the chain hoist for and lift it by hand before the chain hoist finishes lifting it.
Hello, I am from south texas. I am three years into building a small custom metal fab shop. How do you go about marketing your services?? How do you attract customers? Could you make a video about the structure of your business if you feel comfortable with it? I've looked everywhere for any guide to beginning with a company for metal fab but can't find one. You, as a shop, are precisely what I want to be one day.
This is strictly my opinion but Tay got a giant head start in the fab business because of his experience and connections through his Dad's business, Black Dog Salvage. And Black Dog Salvage got a really boost of exposure when a cable channel picked them up many years ago. I wish you well with your endeavors. Have you got a website? I'd like to check out projects that you have already completed.
Noooo! I need a 2xl-tall! Im 6'5" with a long/broad back. Shirts never fit, help a brother out! The stool sticker isn't upside down, its that way so you remember who you got it from when you're telling your friend about it on the phone! 😅 My wife's a manager at Harbor Freight. The evolution of the equipment they offer has come a long, long way. Sure, its still a lesser expensive option than the brand names and you get what you pay for *BUT,* the bang for your cheaper dollar, per dollar, has increased quite a bit. I bought their Vulcan 220 (on sale plus employee discount tipped the balance). Its a multi-process welder with mig, flux core, tig and stick facilities and, although its not got some of the cooler, extra stuff on the brands you have, it's still pretty good quality and flexible, especially since my jobber days are behind me and im retired, just needing a good welder for the house. But saying that, it's definitely something I'd run in the shop, too. Like many less expensive options, a lot of the cost is cut by providing short mig lines, a basic gun, grounding cable, etc.. By addition of a longer mig lead, better stinger, longer/heavier ground cable/clamp (the ground clamp's ok, better than others) over time as you figure out what your particular needs are, you can turn this into quite the weapon in your arsenal. I don't know if you have, have used or have reviewed a Vulcan welder but, it would be interesting to see you're take on them. And no, im not sending yoh mine. 😊 And if wheels are your problem, I live very close to Atlanta castor and equipment, they've gotcha covered! 😉
I bought a yellow stool from dewalt that looks identical to the stool you have. Even those holes in the legs look the same. You should get one of those and do a comparison. I like my stool. I use it for TIG welding in my garage.
Couldn't carve out the time to edit some film for all of us but I guarantee he had more than enough time to kill several 6 packs during the same time.....geez lol gotta have your priorities straight and I think he does 🍻 👏 ✌️ 🥂
You guys are hilarious, can i come work for you!!? Although i live in new york next to canada and vermont it would be a long commute. The noise might be the bent housing on the end of the motor, that plastic fan might be hitting it. Anyways great video missed you guys cant wait to receive my shirt.
I have bought some vevor stuff and honestly it ain't bad. It is so damn cheap it is wild. I could usually buy two vevor for the price of even one harbor freight comparable. So shoot even if I break it or have to send it back? I will also say this is for tools I don't use every single day so the quality can be lower.
I have been curious, how many square feet is your shop. You keep finding room for everything. I really enjoy the channel, just took delivery of a ShopSabre sidekick 8. Maybe Ave or should have a limited edition Lift Arc stool, just slap your labels over theirs 😊
35:47 - This comment is mostly for the algorithm, but it's still running because it's discharging it's capacitors. My welder does the same which is the only reason I know lol
Gerday mate, vevors sticker is only upsidedown to people walking around. Look down when you are sitting on the stool. Peace out, ps get us prices, no good showing with no in entive to buy.
Tell him he needs to get a sleep study done. I was the same way until I had one done. My bet is he has sleep apnea. If he doesn't want to do that, try a glass of red wine.
Hey- you seem to be a nice guy, free stuff is good. Expensive tools hopefully tax write off. Just getting over the crud after hiding since inception somehow it caught up with me. Survivor so all is well. Cheap tools have their place, if production doesn’t suffer. Time and income will get the appropriate ones. And you will know what they are then!
Hay Tay, regarding your request on knowing how to sleep better, I just found this two part series, which do mention it in one of them how to actually help get to sleep. th-cam.com/video/6G1F1KVeiNA/w-d-xo.html it's in one of these. Good luck.
I know it's tempting to get a bunch of free stuff, but please don't turn your channel into a tool review. I for one like to see your creative mind at work, don't sell out to greed.
monden kommentet figyelek mivel nekem is lenne megrendelesem toluk de salynos nem ismerem a vevor-t es nincs kidobni valo penzem igaz dolgokra lennek kivancs nem propagandara ye ye ye
I do not know why you clowns don't have a million subscribers. You create like Diresta and you are a boat load more funny. And you talk right (I am from Asheville). Just clean up the language. I cannot watch you with my 7 year old and my 9 year old because the F-bombs just keep flying. I do not have to worry about that with Jimmy Diresta. I get it. I worked with a bunch of guys in a shop years ago but. we were not making TH-cam videos. Oh and I did not have kids. Create, film, laugh then have a beer. And I cannot wait for that one million subscriber plaque. That said, LiveForGlory is right. You really do not want to shut off blood flow to your femoral artery, a clot and a pulmonary embolism could kill you. Stay vertical in the harness. More creating, more videos and more beer. and not dead. Dr. W. David McGuinn
Hey guys! Thanks for you patience! Here's the link to the shirts!
liftarcstudios.com/shop/lift-arc-studios-navy-heather-long-sleeve-tee
Uhm... yeah... the tig wouldn't light up because you had no gas/ air pressure... none of them do... the plasma arc is generate from the gas-flow...
When you mounted that weight on the hoist. I was expecting a slo mo and "I came in like a wrecking ball"
You missed a real opportunity there
"Coz I'm not tired of free stuff!" 😂😂 I love the honesty haha❤
Thank you for having tall sizes for your merch! You are the only youtuber I follow that has mercy on us tall guys who want to rep our favorite influencers. I just ordered a shirt.

I have a Langmuir Pro Plasma table, and I love it. Their Tech support is excellent...hoping soon to get one of their Welding Tables soon.
I'm 11:37 in and I'm losing it right now this is the funniest stuff I've seen in awhile 😅 keep bringing us the goods this is awesome
Definitely looking forward to seeing what you have to say about the Langmuir systems arc flat table. Been thinking about buying one for a while.

The sticker is the right way because when you are sitting on the stool trying to blow yourself vevor will be in the correct orientation hahaha 😆 lol
I think the motor cover being bent is what is making that horrible sound on the hoist. Fan blade.
I was just about to suggest something similar. There is almost definitely a rotating assembly hitting the case. I've never heard such a terrible noise from an electric hoist.
I was coming in to say this lol
It’s insane how much I love this channel
7:17 pillow behind the knees helped me out
Walker needs a sleep study and maybe would benefit from a CPAP. It changed my life.
Mine too! Heck even some of my hair started growing back! Still not much up there, but it is something

When you hopped on the cylinder it would have been the perfect opportunity to start belting out like a wrecking ball 🎶
Those screws are called Posidriv! They're kinda like a Phillips, but with some other crap in the middle!
Love the videos! Ya'll need to have a look at your international shipping calculator though, went to buy a T-Shirt and when changing to Australia it reduced the cost of shipping to your sticker rate. Keep up the great work though!!

Who knew unboxing stuff could be so funny and entertaining?
Some of those work pretty good ! Always a great time 👍
That chain hoist moves so slow you could create a workout regiment to get strong enough to lift whatever you are using the chain hoist for and lift it by hand before the chain hoist finishes lifting it.
Really enjoyed the video and a good laugh aswell. Liked the stool nice and the power box is so useful look forward to the next video 👍👍

It definitely sounds like a free chain hoist. It sounds like the old one we threw away cause it wasn't safe 😂😂😂
Did you already do a review for the table you have at the beginning of the video? Or is that for a future video?

Gordito he is so funny 🤣. Hello yes this is me? Hahahahaha always good laughs with u guys
There are racheting low profile wrenches to get into those hard to reach places.
Possibly missed it but did you have the earth lead connected to the table? Is that why you couldn’t strike an arc..?
I bought a yellow stool from dewalt that looks identical to the stool you have. Even those holes in the legs look the same. You should get one of those and do a comparison. I like my stool. I use it for TIG welding in my garage.
Weighted blankets are supposed to help sleeping , helped a friend of mine . Just saying 😊 . Thumbs up , good channel ! Yey! Vevor 👍👍
Couldn't carve out the time to edit some film for all of us but I guarantee he had more than enough time to kill several 6 packs during the same time.....geez lol gotta have your priorities straight and I think he does 🍻 👏 ✌️ 🥂
If you swapped the motor from the hoist onto the bandsaw, it would sound a lot better
hostage tape for sleep, if that doesnt work, then get a referance to an EarNoseThroat Doc, also, get a sleep study and get a cpap
heres a tip for sleeping well: remember every embarrassing thing youve ever done and said and ruminate about all your mistakes.
My nightly routine! - Walker
The noise is the fan hitting the guard

You should have used the old chain hoist to install the new chain hoist
I have been curious, how many square feet is your shop. You keep finding room for everything. I really enjoy the channel, just took delivery of a ShopSabre sidekick 8. Maybe Ave or should have a limited edition Lift Arc stool, just slap your labels over theirs 😊

Tell him he needs to get a sleep study done. I was the same way until I had one done. My bet is he has sleep apnea. If he doesn't want to do that, try a glass of red wine.
