Cause I heard that study at there not worth it at all.. Cause, mostly the events and at all conducted in Chinese language, so if you cannot speak or understand Chinese, it's better to consider to go there.. It's true?

The university is rank relatively high as a whole or even by departments, but it is hard to tell how good their English courses are or how their degree is internationally recognizable. (In my opinion) I just watched a lesson from ntu professor on machine learning. (In Chinese). The quality and course material is very solid. I shouldn't be too surprised since they are THE top university of Taiwan. I would expect the same high quality from their English courses, but again it is hard to tell without a sample or personal experience. 4:30 looking at their English taught degrees. They only have 2 undergraduate degrees. (Economic and civil engineering) Your opinions will be limited if you need English programs.

Yes, there will be TAs in some classes, and our professors are willing to help students while having difficulties to catch up

There are some degree with English only course. You still need English, but you don't need Chinese.
