Mmmh, I've always used lemon in this recipe, I wouldn't use orange or grapefruit I'm afraid. If not keen on lemon flavor, you might skip the citrus altogether. Make sure you use garlic, parmesan and the right seasoning. Hope you guys will enjoy it. x
Parmesan cheese adds savory flavor to the sauce, mozzarella doesn't. You can use mozzarella instead of parmesan, but make sure you're happy with the seasoning and the lemon and garlic flavor. x

It will be fresh, light, maybe a bit bland, you might like it anyway. But I recommend using Parmesan x
