Oh yeah...when I lived in NYC it was a constant jackpot of finding things on the curb/ready to be picked up by the garbage trucks. GOOD stuff that people just didn't want anymore and I grabbed it.
I bought two T-shirts from organic tee.. I bought the fitted style, but I do like the boxy style. Also thank you I would’ve never known about this product.❤ I can’t believe you got that ! Free is best always❤😊Otis 🐶and me Massachusetts
I actually think that broken heater thing looks cool - almost like a piece of art - maybe frame it? 😂 The built in lights in the wall units are *chef’s kiss
Looks great! My only edits would be to add something in a saturated mustard or yellow, or perhaps a mid-century green or blue, to hightlight all the accents of faded red in the book titles and wonderful wall art. Even a plant in a great pot might do it. I especially like the little tableau on top of your chest of drawers. An American boy and his dog classic 😬
It’s crazy and awesome that you can find such good stuff on the side of the road. Where I live the market for vintage is not robust. There’s never anything good just sitting by the side of the road here 😂. I’ve also had difficulty selling things on fb marketplace. You could look for a screen of some kind to cover the heater. I’ve seen them online in really cool fabrics.
I fear I must ask where the expensive shorts are from. 👉👈 Edit: now that I have finished the video, I’ve had a desk shelf like that. Mine had a metal piece with a magnet attached to both the door and kind of right on the edge of the cubby. You could potentially screw in a little metal piece and glue a magnet to both side so the door doesn’t fall all the way in, or maybe use one of the hardware pieces you took off the broken glass door to reuse! Vignettes looks beautiful! What a lucky find
Some of my best ever finds are good ole side of the road - love it!! Those are really pretty and meant to be! Great wood tone/grain too, total score!
Love everything about your new living room, amazing finds ❤
