Funnily enough you hit the boost panel when the spikes were facing you, which is the dodge frames a mushroom/blue shell.However it was I-frames from the green shell that didn’t get you hit from the blue shell
those were your invincibilty frames from the green shell, not the boost panel
You can't dodge a blue shell with a boost panel. That was i-frames!
