Honestly feels so improvised and natural than it being scripted. The dialogue is sooo good and multi-layered. Whoever are the writers are amazing.

The events of BC1 and 2 are real, but they were covered up by the CIA afterwards, and this is actually just Sweets, Hags, Marlo, and Sarge's natural conversations, recorded by DICE and put into this game

DICE/EA wondering why people loved BFBC so much, it's just a good game. The characters are relatable and real, the gunplay was great, the gameplay itself was incredibly varied, and it knew when to give you a power fantasy and when to reel you back.
