- Reason Behind I Quit Non Veg Food and became pure vegetarian .
As Ayurveda , Increasing sattva is possible by reducing rajas and tamas, both in your mind and in your body. You can do this by eating sattvic food such as fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. Sattvic foods are fresh and pure and grow above the ground, receiving their positive energy from the sunlight.
I will Also explain in this video what food i added in my vegetarian diet to increase muscle mass while staying lean.

Sahi hai bhra, I am also vegeterian from more than a decade. It's already written in vedas, upnishads and puranas. For some onion and garlic would be normal but in actual places like in rajasthan where people don't add in the meal specially in temples' langar. They know how these two food spikes the desires. People those who make fun of vegeterians like "khaani daal te bnone dolle" will learn alot from this. Don't forget a chimpanzee and rhinos are herbivores.. "you are what you eat" ! Thank u again🙏
