    Fantastic finished product craftmanship. The MDF core will provide stability and prevent the cross bars from moving too much creating gaps. Thanks for a clear and concise video👏

    What a great way to make these doors. I know this is for a closet but the method is fantastic for when you want both sides to be finished. I’m not a fan of doors that have an unfinished side. Couple of questions because I couldn’t tell from the video. Did you use the one inch wood pieces at the top AND bottom of the files or just the top? What was final thickness of the door? Again great build!!!

    Very cool look! I love the barn wood rough sawn look. Have you had good luck with having an MDF core? What is your final thickness of the door?

      D2 Woodshop thanks! Doors end between 1 3/8” - 1 3/4”
