It's not confirmed. Analyzing the things we know, I came to a conclusion that Sascha is a boy but you are free to think whatever you want. If you're interested here is my analyse : Yana showed us some things just by details (for example in chapter 58 when Ciel is shows training with Francis we can see in the background Lizzy but also O!Ciel's legs and because he's almost all covered by this place for text it's hard to see him. It's a small detail but shows us something) in chapter 105 on picture where Sascha is holding a rope we can see that buttons of his shirt are on his right side, I once read that buttons of men's shirts are on right side while women's are on left side. Also when we see any shinigami apearing in manga we don't see any women (I didn't count Grell because with her is totally different situation) we know that they exsist but then where they are? Well I think that if we haven't seen them collecting souls or pretending to be humans (like William in circus or Ronald at the sanatorium) then that means that they're doing something completely different and they're not going out to the human world and because we saw Sascha that makes me think he's a boy
