So I was sick as shit, and I played embarassingly horribly. Also not overly familiar with this deck, so this was just an awful display from me. The biggest complaint was that end sequence. I had heavy storm in hand, kristya in hand, and decree on field, but yolo'd the nova thinking he would spark the nova if I swing with it then drop kirstya, but he didn't use it so I thought he had a dead trap down. But even that was a misplay because he could have let nova attack, get me to 4, then spark the monster I summoned for 5 to get me out of range. The whole thing was a colossal punt by me, I should have just heavy'd, instead I chose the worst of both worlds and lost. I should have either committed to the heavy storm to clear the backrow or rammed nova and pulled nothing off of it. The second one wouldn't have saved me but is just the more solid route if he slow plays the spark. I also had 3 recharge and no targets in hand with 8 possible targets in the deck in game 3. That was rough. Also funny story regarding the weirdness I was doing at 15 minutes - Our store kind of hoed me, he told me for a week straight that he didn't have any herald of purple light in stock, which was the only thing I was missing to complete the deck. then he came up to me in this exact game and showed me he found 3 rofl. You can actually see me have this conversation at 15 minutes lol, I showed him the garbage trap stuns I was siding as filler instead, he's standing just behind the camera. I was a little sick about it, it actually would have affected a game or two I had played by that point.

He shoulda set ryko instead of recharging it away game 1 to deal with ab zero. And you right game 3 he shouldn't have synced unless it was for stardust. Stardust would deal with spark and it's gg.
It was a game shot. Everything in gemini hero has low def but high attack. If that is literally any other monster in his deck besides honest, I damage step honest for lethal. Honest just has a weird enough attack - def split that it was just barely not lethal through honest even if I did drop it (off by 400) Stardust would have made sense if I was trying to grind him, but I was just straight up trying to end him at that point.
@@kuyagoldlink7563 Hindsight knowing it was an honest, maybe, but again - he dies if it's literally anything else in his deck besides honest, so I think it was the correct play to at least go for it. And because he was out of resources, it's not like I lost too much going for it. The real punt was the sequence at the end.
