The Waverly Crest Is a great home I have lived in mine for 20 years. It was built in Oregon and shipped to Washington State. I have had no issues with it. I have painted inside and out. I replaced the roof at 20 years. It was not leaking and required no plywood replacement to prep for the new roof. I also replaced the sky light. I have been through 2 earthquakes and it held up just fine.
