The question actually has to be why Hindus don’t recognise these atrocities and still support political parties like DMK or Congress or TMC who openly support Anti-Nationals and Anti-Hindus.
Because Hindus are divided unlike other communities. See bangladesh for example. There the whole country came on streets. This shows their unity.

Dear people of India and hindu community around the world, I would like to say something as I am from Bangladesh and an observer of this whole event. I will try to give my neutral opinion.
Lets try to understand background and context of Bangladesh. Bangladesh is not another radical muslim country. We are lucky that this nation is mixed of 2 different rich cultures which are bengali culture and muslim culture. It is possible that there are radical muslims but the number is very insignificant, not more that 5%. ( Same applies for radical hindus of India). It was true that sheikh hasina was a dictator and the mass protest was the result of 15 years of corruption, mass murder, economical crisis, unemployment, no voting right etc. the total system was corrupted.
95% of people will never let anything happen to our minority groups and stand by their side because we are human over everything. Some vandalism took place in the heat of the moment which were unavoidable after 15 years of suppression. Have faith on us, we will protect our brothers and trun back from this fragile state very soon.
Bangladesh just has one justified demand to India - we want equal partnership.

Situation is no different in parts of Bengal. But India as a whole, Hindus have now given up hope from any party, leader etc. Since law and order, police, administration, judiciary are time consuming, they realise that prepared state for self defence, only if necessary, is the solution. Any violence initiated from any side is surely bound to have very sad consequences. Noone can help it. Ground reality Kuch aisa hai ki sab thaiyaar hai aur har side mein damage pucka hai. Better to remain quiet. And live peacefully. Had enough in the past. Wounds are healing. No fresh wounds for anyone please. I have spoken to a lot of Hindus. Many are no longer sad. They are ready to be bad, if compelled.
