This show legit looks like a ghost town EVERYTIME you film it! How on earth has this lasted 80 years? Imagine paying to be a vender and u don’t even make what ur table costed you back 😂
I always film the show later on a Sunday. the bigger crowds are there on Saturday. I do this so you can see more of the tables and not just the backs of people walking the Show. this was my first time setting up to vend the show and did very well.
I went to the show in 99. Hard to get back up there since moving to Florida. I hear that the dealers scarf/trade the good stuff among themselves before the show starts and they let us peasants into the show to fight for the scraps
the show has changed a lot since 99 it is in a much bigger location. this is the first time that I had a table set up to see the behind the scenes if you want to call it that and I did not see much dealer trading going on but I have done other card shows in the past and it happens everywhere. its hard to get away from that type of trading. hopefully one of these days you can get back out to the show its always a great time!!!
Great show. I'm so glad we had a chance to meet up. Regretting not buying as much as I would have liked. Next time, hopefully, I'll be able to walk around a bit more. Seeing a few things on your walk about, I would have definitely picked up
