I know I'm a little late, but my suggestion is 'what if clay's siblings had all been raised under the mountain'. Maybe I'll be a bit faster to the nest upload.
Two suggestions: What if Orca never an animus? What if the dragonets of destiny were perfect. (Clay was the monster kestrel wanted him to be, Tsunami is probably the same, but possibly "brainwashed" to not hate the talons of peace and the guardians, Sunny is possibly replaced with a "non-defect" dragonet, glory is...probably replaced, and Starflight is basically Fierceteeth in behaviour, and is the leader. Or is Fierceteeth, I dunno, after all, you might not even see this lol

Hey! Id like to let you know something I discovered! So you know how the Desert tiara went missing? The sandwing missing treasure? Well if you look at Queen Glaciers crown they look similar! I think blaze gave it to Glacier for a deal for some of the propertie!
Came back and watched it, its great! I feel sorry for Amethyst, being isolated from all other dragons but one, that cant be good for her, she might have trouble adjusting at first to life in the palace with the other SkyWings, but she can do it. She would be a great Grandma for Sky. I think there is more you could do with the story if you want (i am not just saying this because i suggested it, i promise i like the idea of it) Ibex and her reuiniting again in their old age would be great. (how old is she at the end?)

Have you thought of a What if Ruby was evil or if Scarlet was nice? Another idea is if you make a what if about what if Anemone killed Queen coral in book 9 and didn't run in to Turtle.
Can you do one on What if the IceWings took over the NightWings? (Aka Vigilance sold in the war and so Queen Diamond subjugated the NightWings somehow)

@@Anti.BluBird the guide book never mentions Scarlet being scared of Beryl, only that she wanted to kill her. Vermillion said that Scarlet must have hated Beryl to want her dead, but Scarlet may just wanted to kill her to get rid of any chance of being challenged for the throne.

Amythist is dead because she was sent to the furthest outpost and the nightwings burned down all the dragons at the furthest outpost in book 4. If she survived until then she died along with the crowd
Its great.... buut I'd had loved it even more if Amethyst was aroace. We have too few aroace characters in WoF! No offense meant though - it's still really great, and I LOVE Amethyst's design!

But nobody knew who Beryl was, which wouldn't be possible if she was Scarlet's sister. (Unless Scarlet managed to get rid of everyone who knew her.)
