Thanks Doug. How do you set up bounce, complaint and unsubscribes with HL and Amazon SES?

SMTP integrations with HighLevel won't fetch delivered/bounced stats and display them within HighLevel. Unsubscribes are handled by the links within the emails which are handled by HighLevel, so you can get those easily within the platform. Bounce and complaint reporting can be monitored by creating an Amazon SNS subscription.
The tradeoff using Amazon SES with HighLevel is cost. SES is $0.10 per 1,000 email and LC Email is $0.67 per 1,000 emails. 6.7x the cost, which adds up at scale. So you can save that, but you give up simplicity and reporting.
