From just before WWI, it became a legal requirement in the UK for the record label to show that a copyright payment had been made and how much was paid for each side. This was donr with a stamp, usually showing the publisher to whom the payment was made. By the early 1920s, the bigger record companies started printing it directly onto the label, as you see here. The directly printed one is known as an Indicia.
What a wonderful, clear recording! I love this record but sadly my own copy is thoroughly knackered, so I am very happy to hear it with such clarity here, thank you.
