  • Talking points: potential, growth, mindset
We all have images of who and what we're capable of. Flashes of motivation and inspiration based on what we know deep, deep down to be true of us.
Getting from images to reality, from dreams to concrete fact, is the battle. The best one you'll ever fight. The following are simple (but not easy) steps based on years of work with men, endless hours of study, and mentorship with some amazing people.
(00:00:00) - Intro and where the challenge lies
(00:02:15) - Develop skills that matter to you, will improve your life, and improve others’ lives
(00:04:15) - Know (and take) the risk
(00:06:50) - Connect to your direct, felt experience
(00:11:37) - Express and transmit what you’re experiencing
(00:13:13) - Realize what it is you want, but pay attention to what life is saying you need
(00:14:30 ) - Pursue your fears and discomfort
(00:15:49 ) - Pay attention to your own darkness, and learn what it’s trying to teach you

Move your body. No matter what move you damn body. My ability to tolerate psychological pain is directly related to my ability to tolerate physical pain. My mental health and physical health have increased concurrently from the day I started the gym.

I'm glad I found this channel tonight. There are hundreds of decent sized channels that discuss men issues but I have found most of them adopt Andrew Tate's or the "alpha-male" mentality.
Andrew Tate is very good at diagnosing the problems modern men face (insecurity, excessive p*rn consumption, sedentary lifestyles, etc.) but his prescription for these problems is just to turn to vanity and vice. To just focus on making as much money as possible, sleeping around, etc.
I'm finding that your advice is very practical and honest. I think what more young men like myself (22) need to hear is honest discussions about the struggles we face in a rational and nonjudgmental way. Good video.

I'm right on the precipice of a major change in my life, a fork in the road if you will. And whether it's an ingenious algorithm, a coincidence of fantastic creators making related content, or just an alignment somewhere in the universe, there have been recurring signs over the last few days...
Take the leap, be brave, do that thing you always thought was stupid but just might work. Give it a shot.

I love this channel, its simple and too the point without being a woman bashing red pill type of show. For a young guy working through beating porn and having self control in my mind ive learned a lot by what youve said. You are doing well!

Thanks for the video, I love the information I’ve been given.
Yes, I have been missing my body signals to my for a years.
Especially, I agree with you at the part where you say that women feels that insincerity between Man and his body.
It prevents you from building deep relationship not only with women, but with men as well.
I will take this advices, thanks Man!

What I didn’t like hearing was the need to connect with my inter feelings. As someone who struggles with addiction and now moving forward in life due to a medication , I feel stuck as I no longer deal with the anxiety or depression, but also know that I’m avoiding what might be real… 🤔

This is great content. However, I don't think its helpful to constantly relate things to wives/gfs etc. IMO this just promotes the sexuality/relationship-centric psyche that you have denounced in other vids. EVERYONE on the internet is guilty of contributing to this unhelpful and unrealistic (for many guys, especially teens like me) culture.
