Thank you for the video. Can you do a video on insurance, when you need to get it, the cost, where you get it, etc?

Thank you Claudia!!! The timing of this video is heavensent. I'm beginning my counseling internship next week, and I can tell that I'm on adrenaline and cortisol. I can feel the imposter syndrome just by imagining myself next to my more experienced coworkers. Silence is my way to go in most situations. I have been trying to make myself talk more but it doesn't come naturally. I value your openness in sharing your experience with us. In addition to that, you answered one of my other questions about having the space to bring our personality into the session. I have noticed that identifying myself as an empathetic, caring, and ambitious person is no longer enough since they are shared qualities between individuals in the helping profession. That has activated my insecurity about feeling like okay, there's nothing special about me in this setting anymore since others probably can do a better job. So, yes, I'm in the beginning of my learning curve.

Your going to great. You are special and different than your coworkers. We all have a different gift. Follow your intuition and you’ll do great. Keep me updated. Good luck 🍀
