Essential oils have a small bottle.they are very concentrated and they have ESSENTIAL written on their cover..however regular neem oil is available in any local chemist shop...tell them that u r looking for regular neem oil...u can buy dabur neem oil...dabur doesnt make essential neem oil

You need Neem oil and aloe vera gel- Mix them together and apply it on ur scalp and lengths....and keep it for half an hour
Since neem oil has a strong fragrance, make sure you wash ur hair thoroughly
