Crunchy Mung Bean Bread (Lentil Bread) Recipe

- These mung bean or red lentil breads are miracles! 😍 I know many of you discovered it during lock down with lentils but I just figured out a recipe with yellow mung dahl beans which are easier to digest and so easy on tummy!
🌿 Adding herbs made it colorful and fresh, and adding cheese or buttermilk made it even tastier!
✨ It is so soft and breadlike that no one can believe there is no flour in it! This is thanks to psyllium husk which gives a fluffy, bread-like texture.
👩🍳 Enjoy these high protein breads (a kind of pogaca in Turkish) with spreads like guac, take to picnics or the office, accompanied with veggies, soups, dips… the list goes on!
