Thanks Jermaine. I’ve been on your batting coaching videos since August last year. It’s change 24 years of struggling at the plate into; I can’t wait for my next at bat. Last year just as the season ended (with our second championship in a row) I started practicing the two T’s with all your instruction on direct to the ball, not around to the ball. Just blew me up! First at bat in a teams game birthday get together, I went warning track. Winter, now our second game? 3 for 3 two doubles, single, prolly 3 or 4 rbi, and scored two. We gave up some runs but came out on top 10-9.
I thank you so much for sharing them priceless secrets. “Keep the Faith”

I believe my son mentioned today immediately after practice. He’s been watching many of your helpful videos to strengthen his game and chances for film to send out to Junco or D3 schools or prep for summer camps🤞🏽

HI Jermaine. I like the focus on staying in tight with the elbow dropping into the slot. I see a lot of rotational hitting in Barry's form. I like the medicine ball drills. I personally use a heavy duty band, due to my fitness room limitations. Knee training is harder for a 61-year old. I use a heavy bat with a metal insert called a Top Hand Bat from around 1990 for my power. It was promoted by Ricky Henderson. Overall, I like your Barry examples, since he is technically amazing.

Thank you for this video! I spotted a problem with my swing where the only thing left that is moving during contact is my wrists. My lower half is great right now! But none of that matters if I'm lose all momentum/energy because my arms stop. I don't know how in the heck i have hit .400 or better three seasons in a row hitting like that! (Well a lot of that success is due to the level of competition in my division, but still.) Hands to hips...I'm going to try that!

“PROS CAVE” needs an apostrophe in there. It was so distracting.
