I think much detailed Feedback should have been given to her.
Shivani if you are reading this comment do note down the following point:
1. Do not try to answer the questions you are not sure about.
2. please prepare a better answer to why you want to join banking. In your answer you have mentioned why you left Designing as career but did not mentioned what actually attracted you towards banking. I was asked the same question in my interview and I also told them the reason for not choosing my grad stream as career and joining bank because it provides better career. But, the panel started asking me about the exact reason and what exactly has attracted you towards banking.
So, do prepare.
3. Role of PO: Do say that its their training period so has to work and learn all the day to day activities so that a PO can manage the banking properly. Also be gender neutral, you have used "he" for PO.

After watching so many interviews at various platforms i am really impressed by her.
Those who want to give mock interview provided by any platform should expect penalist like him. He really asked little tough questions and if if you have practiced tough questions already so it will be really helpful in real interview

1.I will try to give them motivation by counseling like as every higher authority person does.
2.try to inculcate passion into them by creating better job environment.
3. Your point How the task is important to them and our customers...
4.try to build a healthy competition to improve employees performance.
I have watched many mock. Videos and she is the best so far... I'm sure you will achieve it too sis.

It was a really good interview with quite deep level questions from banking and she managed to answer them confidently . Should be selected for sure !
