This event was held in December 2015. A team of young Brazilians was invited and sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
On the occasion, Eduardo Tomoike, who was 14 years old at the time, was in Chengdu in the company of technicians Ricardo Faria (Coordinator of the International Project), Jorge Fanck (Project Coordinator) and Andrews Martins (project technician).

I think you are wrong, for a right-handed player, chiquita banana technique is clockwise, while strawberry is anti-clockwise(reverse spin). That is the real difference. Always the BH reverse chiqutas towards opponent's FH side from Mima Ito, Simon Gauzy, Hirano Miu are also called stawberry, too, by Adam.

You're right! More of this technique and other jpen madness can be seen on kokusaitakkyu's video of nittaku sou mf blade. (Search for the blade on youtube) I do believe that since the movement of the blade is chiquita-like, it should be called chiquita.
