When she says "twist" I think she means "turn". Reminds me of a Frasier episode where Frasier and Niles flunk their auto maintenance class because the instructor says: "twist and pull" when they suggest to him what he really meant was "twist, then pull". They were right.
My old, wonderful Cuisinart broke and I assumed (wrongly) the new Elemental 11 would be just as good. The instruction book was not helpful about using the discs. I made coleslaw using the slicing disc not knowing that on the underside were adjustments for size. I ended up with cabbage that looked like hair. I couldn't eat it since I thought I'd choke to death.. I also noticed that the lid accumulates all the cut product around the raised portion of the top? So annoying and why is the top raised like that?
Junk. I had a Cuisinart that lasted over 30 years. This one broke the second time I used it. I exchanged it and the new one is just as bad. Difficult to use. The parts to fit together smoothly. It's poorly made. Don't waste your money. Time to move on from Cuisinart.
David Zlotowski As a suggestion, try the Breville Sous Chef. I’ve never tried it, but I have seen it in action and it looks like one of the best and sturdiest food processors on the market.
@@sergeantwilliams8185 The Breville Sous Chef is also Chinese, if you want to bear that in mind. I’ve seen a number of great reviews, but also a number of not-so-favorable ones.

"twisting this". What? Where? Show it! Terrible.
Thank you... Can’t see what she is describing because camera is off center.

Hi Lynn, please email MarketingCommunications@cuisinart.com so we can better assist you.
Why not demonstrate slicing and dicing?
This is what I want to know too.
Can you use or get a Kneading Dough accessory for the FP-11?
You take the lid off by twisting WHAT????
The Cusinart fp I knew was different from what I see now.
I can't remove the shredding disc after using it for cheese
the chopping blade always hits the side of the bowl, its complicated to use I am returning mine
Returning tomorrow! Difficult & frustrating to use!
Me too
最重要的切條、切片、完全沒介紹到,只示範果汁機就有的功能
Looks like none of the elemental series have the nice, quiet, powerful induction motors like the older models did :-(
Love how she talks with her mouth full at the end
This processor do not work unless the pusher is all the way in so no way to put the food in
Dont buy it
Why not?
