I love seeing your daughter helping. It seems like making food for your videos are now an amazing opportunity for you two to have a fun bonding time together. And then eating the food afterwards is a bonding time for you and your son 😂😂
When you say *easy* it is always true to the word. Goodness these look good! You have a patient sous chef if she could wait a whole day while the cream was setting in the fridge lol!
"Just one bite and I will eat the rest." 😂 It does look very tasty! By the way, your outfit is beautiful! Did you deliberately wear green for this episode?
You can also use neutral oil instead of melted butter for instance colza oil (use something that doesn't taste, like olive oil, which would spoil the crepes taste). Also to avoid lumps maybe you can add the flour at the end bit by bit, but the best (and laziest :D) method is to use an electric whisk. I'll try this recipe but usually I'm too generous when I put the crepe paste in the pan (my crepes looks like pancakes) so I'll make less cream.
I usually buy it at a local supermarket. Sometimes online when I have time because online is cheaper 👍Matcha Powder I used is Aiya's Sawa. It is a baking grade. Affordable yet flavorful. FYI amzn.to/2MNo6yW
I don't know what's the difference between all purpose flour, cake flour and bread flour. In Germany we only have the flour named after the kind of cereal they are made of and some type of numbers.
just a question but where in japan can one get good quality budget matcha. i know somebody who goes to japan soon, and asked that person to bring some back for me. since nearly all matcha sold in my country is either fake matcha, or protein shake matcha. and please tell the prices. so i know what to expect. im asking it so that person does not get fooled into buying the cheapest of the cheapest fake matcha for premium prices
good question! show this image to the person and get it at a local supermarket: amzn.to/2MNo6yW in Japan you will hardly ever find fake food stuff at a regular supermarket. matcha cost range is very large but the cheapest one at local supermarket is always just fine for baking.
I made this recipe for my friend's birthday , it is so delicious and easy to make 💕💕
Great 👍happy birthday to your friend 🥳
planning to make it for fathers day!!

Where do you usually buy your matcha powder?
I usually buy it at a local supermarket. Sometimes online when I have time because online is cheaper 👍Matcha Powder I used is Aiya's Sawa. It is a baking grade. Affordable yet flavorful. FYI amzn.to/2MNo6yW
食べたい!
簡単です💖
This is so delicious
It looks tasty 😍🤤
Thank you 😋
ochikeron no worries. I dislike matcha flavour (but colour is amazing) 🤤🤤but maybe I’ll like the Nutella crepe video you did🤤🤤🤤
Could you do this cocoa powder instead of matcha powder too?
I'm sure that would work! Cocoa crepes sound amazing!! ♡
yes!
Can i use this recipe to make a matcha pancake???
adding matcha powder to this recipe works! th-cam.com/video/acMP2DOpWeA/w-d-xo.html
yumm!
Can I do this without the matcha?
YES! Cocoa powder is a great substitute!
Hi there! I love your recipe but I was wondering if I could replace the matcha with cocoa or chocolate, would it work with the same amount? 😊
Hi! Can you make it with egg alternative (can’t use egg due to allergy)?
It will be a different recipe, so I will remember to share no-egg version someday :)
ochikeron thank you so much
Do I add the whipping cream, sugar and matcha powder at once if I whisk the cream by hand?
Adding without sifting? may end up lumpy and with hand need power, so I don't do those 😅💦
love ur videos :)
aww thank you 😊
I don't know what's the difference between all purpose flour, cake flour and bread flour. In Germany we only have the flour named after the kind of cereal they are made of and some type of numbers.
I see! I think this recipe works with any kind of flour for baking 👍
can I change the whole milk to almond milk?
Yes :)
hi! can i add less sugar if my matcha powder is sweetened already?
Yes you can!
why is mine dark green (almost brown) instead of green like yours?
I think the kind of matcha powder you use?!
OR, was it not matcha but green tea powder?!?!
I used to watch you when I was younger when I was like 7 8 or 9 years old
and how old are you now? time flies!!!
ochikeron im 12 now and I just stumbled upon your channel again:)
do you need a non-stick pan for this??
Yes better to have it but not necessary.
How much is 160ml and 80g in cups?
About 0.7UScup milk and 9tbsp flour. hope this helps~
うまそう!
“I will eat the rest” LOL
hehe he always says it 😅
Im so glad I discovered matcha im literally addicted xDD
Can young children eat this?
I don't recommend it for using a lot of matcha but not a big problem here in Japan 😅we don't really care too much unless your kid eat it way too much
@@ochikeron thank you for your reply. Didn't know that Japanese let their children eat matcha 😁
My cream is super runny. I was able to make it look decent but it became runny very fast. Any tips? :(((
Did you use electric mixer? You'd better use it or it happens to me, too...

Im having problems with the conversion 😅
This kinda cake goes for a lot of money in lady M NYC!!!

Nice food.been enjoying the vegan dishes you forget to remove the salmon/pork from the playlist
