Right then gents I am back. So pushing range out to 120 sometimes with the 22lr, I want my calculator to be bang on. I’ve chronod my rifle to get the most accurate results. I’ve had to lower the bullet bc to match actual real life drops, popped it into my table all looks good. Send table to my zulus successfully, all seems good. Range a target at 120, table on the app says 11.82 moa, yet the scope is telling me to hold over 12?????? I’ve tried sending the table multiple times, I’ve made sure I’m on the moa reticle, I’ve updated the scope ¿? What’s going on.
@@VerminHuntersNEUK what a legend thank you. I’ve had this multiple times, where it’s just randomly updated half way through a session. Love the scope to bits it’s just frustrating

Response from arken pal👍 The device does not have a calculation function, so all ballistic data comes from the app. The device either uses the calculation results of the app or reads the order table imported into it. Perhaps the reticle is too thin, making the position of 11.82moa appear to be at 12moa
Hi great video, I've just bought the zulus my first digital scope . What I want to know once you set all the balistic info ect . Then once you range it does the splash have to be on the target you are shooting at or not ?? Also so everything been put in and saved , so say the next day I turn it on I've zeroed in at 50 yards . And I range something at 80 yards it should be bang on or do I have to rezero it each time I use it ? And does the arken app have go be on your phone when using . Thx for any advice. .
Hi Simon, yes, you need have the splash on the target when you range it. Take the scope out at night and see where it flashes in relation to the marker on the screen👍 no need to re-zero each time you use it, once you’ve done it then it should stay the same unless you knock it. 👍👍

@simoncoher4841 100% you can’t see it in the day mate. Test it at night to see where the splash is in relation to the marker on your screen and always range at x5 mag because the slash moves when you go up in mag👍👍
Hi Gavin, pard are blown out of the water with this mate. I’ve had 007’s and 008’s but the Arken Zulus is different gravy and £600 for the LRF (discount via my link too!) is unreal!!
Sorry mate, i’ve got the HIK alpex and cheetah on other rifles but i can see them getting sold at a huge loss and 2 more of these zulus bought. It’s outstanding
So, I need a chronograph to find out the speed of my pellets, before I can use the ballistic calculator with the Zulus to get it to work properly. Time to spend more money then.
@jordanquinton6177 thats still more than enough if you are feeder shooting at 25yds but if you’re doing further distances it needs to be up to about 11.4 as that way you’ll have a bit of wriggle room when using heavier pellets to keep it under the 12👍👍👍
I’ve got an alpex mate and in my opinion the zulus is better. The image is better, you can take spare batteries with you for the zulus, the alpex is heavier, you het a hell of a lot more for your money with the Zulus👍👍

Great vid, im still in 2 minds weather or not to trade in my pard ds35 for one of these, I’d really like one to be honest, I’ve heard a lot of people having issues with them (granted not everyone does) or having to spend more money on mounts. I know a lot of guys have been giving Arken feedback, I’m unsure if I should take the leap yet.
There will always be issues mate but what i find reassuring is Arken are listening to the feedback and putting a fix in quickly. They now supply with a 0MOA mount if needed and the new firmware centralises the crosshairs so all good👍 take the plunge, follow my link, spin the wheel and get a discount, you’ll love it! 👍👍 thanks for watching👍

IN addition to the FPS, ZERO and Scope height, I think you also need to know your pellet weight as well for the ballistic calc... Is that right?

I just got one of these scopes and had to get a chrono glad I did bsa r10th was shooting 9.8ftlb

There’s an update coming on the firmware to sort the reticle coming back to centre after zeroing I’ve had it confirmed guys 👍
