I bought an Epson printer but one of the configuration cartridges is not there to initialize. I have filed a complaint with the seller but I have not been able to solve it. How can I get an EPSON WP-2840 configuration cartridge? I haven't found it on the internet. Thanks in advance.

Firstly, contact Epson regarding the missing cartridge from the box. The supplier should deal with this but if they dont, Epson will. They are pretty good at stuff like this. Re configuration cartridge, I assume that you mean the setup cartridges? If this is the case, a normal cartridge, genuine or compatible should do. Try Epson first though.
