UX Design Project: Empower that coffee break with a QuickWord

In this video, I discuss how QuickWord, a language learning flashcard app, can enhance learning during coffee breaks. I introduce Melissa-a busy lawyer who wants to learn Vietnamese to connect with her partner-as I highlight the limitations of existing language learning apps and propose solutions to fit learning into a busy schedule, through setting reminder details, having short review stints, and reducing screen time. I also share the insights we gained from our testing that have helped to improve our user flows and create a unique social accountability feature!
