25:00 1. Create task headings for user personas in Journey Maps 2. Create task breakdown 3. map the emotions the persona might feel going task to task. 4. using the above info, add opportunities for improvement at every task
Thank you for these series Google, very helpful even for already experienced UX designers. I specially love the fact that they stress the importance of accessibility and inclusivity in each session.
This is not true. To me she sounds active and emotional but not so comfortable since I am not English native and the other ones do better, helping me to catch every phrase and words nice and slow.
This is a true gem. I recently enjoyed a similar book, and it was a true hidden gem. "The Art of Meaningful Relationships in the 21st Century" by Leo Flint
Thank for sharing. I learned a lot of things from this video. Many knowledge that I searching for 1 year but all them are in this video. Thanks again!!!
Guys, the content is great. However, I still can't put my finger on how it's being presented. For example, what's the point of that screen with G's logo ALL the time? It's distracting and doesn't provide any function (at all) to students. And this might sound harsh, but almost every speaker in the UX course feels awkward. They feel unnatural as clearly they're reading a script, which is the opposite of what you expect from someone who is "teaching" you a subject. Would it be too much to ask if you included actual professionals for the next update? Hearing someone explain topics from their expertise and deep knowledge is much more engaging than following a humanized script. Thanks for sharing!
The logo yeah but if you have attended and pay attention since in the beginning of the course you would know these ladies are actually working at google as ux designers in different dept.
1. It's kind of blurry: In the portion of thinks we assume user feelings. 2 what do you do when you don't have access to live interviews and have to rely on written review`s for research?
This is incorrect and misleading, an Empathy Map is the what the user Says, Does, Thinks, and Feels over their experience - tracking their attitude and feeling toward a process as they attempt to achieve a goal... the grid presented here is only for a single issue and as such is NOT a map any more than a single destination and how you felt about it is a map of a road trip.
Good afternoon ma, please can I have the links to all your ui/ux tutorials I love to be a ui/ux designer The guy I ask to train me, refused, because I don't have money to pay I love to pay him but I don't have the money Am a graduate with no employment history Be kind enough to send me links of your tutorials Please ma, will you be my mentor in ui/ux designing?

Agree with everything. The girl in green is giving me a headache, I hope real course is not like this teleprompter reading 🤕
When should I create persona and empathy map after user interview?
Do it before the interview
1.
It's kind of blurry:
In the portion of thinks we assume user feelings.
2 what do you do when you don't have access to live interviews and have to rely on written review`s for research?
Have youn find out what to do when you don't have access to live interviews?
I'm confused, what research we do before we start creating personas
It can be from reviews
Great question, I have a similar question to what methods we create personas for new business?
Watch their research video. It explains about the research done before, during and after designing an app.
macam mana nak buat?
Cuando podria estar disponible en español?
Silvana, configura los subtítulos y elige el idioma ;)

Be kind enough to send me links of your tutorials
Please ma, will you be my mentor in ui/ux designing?
This girl in green talks like a robot. The girl in end with blue shirt talks with emotion. This video should be made again.
Don’t redo it. Next time it will be more robotic then now.
